Called Thursday afternoon and spoke with parts person. She explained that the computer system wasn’t working. She identified the requested part after looking it up by the VIN. She created an invoice by hand and placed the part aside on the invoice so I could drive the 100 miles on Friday to pick it up. The part and invoice were at the parts counter when I arrived on Friday. I have never had a better experience at an automotive dealership! Friendly and competent service!

I needed to quickly replace all of the wipers falling apart off my older Nissan Versa due to an impending rainstorm. They were knowledgeable and quick to find the parts I needed for my car. It’s hard to find such cheerful, helpful service these days. They even went out of their way to put them on for me.
