Had an appointment for window tint. Taylor called to say the person in their tint shop had a family emergency and could not do the job that day. He then called me back and said he had made arrangements with another company to do the job that he fully trusted and used the same film brand. I have had my vehicle for just 2 weeks now and have had nothing but positive interactions from the sales experience to now twice with Taylor. Looking forward to a long positive relationship with these folks! Just moved up from Vegas and the experience is refreshing! Highly recommend!

We found the service center at Smiths very unhelpful and rude. Our newer chevy 2500 diesel truck had a problem with its emissions. It was shutting the truck down. We were traveling across country and needed to start heading home, 1000 miles, in two days. The truck would not drive more than 150 more miles. They did not care at all. The earliest they could see us was almost a month out. He only said. "We better get it fixed!" Seriously? Very unhelpful and uncaring.

My sales person Kayla was great. My new Colorado came with some body issues and the rear door rubs the front door when opening and the front fender and hood lines are not right. After 3 months of dealing with Smith i still dont have my new truck fixed like it should be. Highly recommend trying a different dealer ?

Eric, my sales associate, was awesome. After a few test drives he was able to set me up with a truck that checked all my boxes. He was the best part of working with this dealership. I had to ding them stars for a couple reasons. I didn't like the way the sales manager spoke to me during negotiations for my trade-in and final buying price. It was condescending and stressful. Also, on the day of purchase, after the sale I noticed that the fuel door wouldn't close. They'd offered to pay for my first tank, so it wasn't something I was going to notice until a couple days later. When I went in later that day to turn over the additional keys for my trade-in, I asked them if they could fix it and they said it was out of their hands. Not really what you come to expect after paying 50k for a pickup..

I would have given a 5-star review, but I initially made an appointment online for a Saturday to bring my car in for a recall fix. However, when I got there I found out they don't do recall appointments on Saturday, so I was made to book another appointment for a later day. Other than that, the employees were helpful and explained exactly what would happen.
I'd take my car back for other maintenance issues that may come up. However, next time I'l call in to make an appointment ;)

I loved that I got text reminders the week before and even a couple more the day before my appointment. Taylor G was excellent at communicating with me about my vehicle. My car had a serious issue and Taylor helped lay out options to figure out what was right for me. Always excellent customer service with him.
