I’ve used them for a while now and didn’t have any problems until recently. My internet went out a few days ago and they said they’d have to send someone to check it out. Turns out their repair people can show up anytime between 8 am and 7pm. I have no way of specifying what times I’m available, and I can’t even schedule a 2 hour time window for an appointment like between 5 and 7pm. So I either have to take time off work to sit home all day and hope they show, or I have to wait a week or two so I can spend my weekend waiting around for them. At this rate it might be quicker just to switch providers.

I've been using this company for a while now and didn't really have much problems usually the bills about 110 but this time I got an overcharged payment of $219 which I totally get I paid $150 on that and made that 60 and they want me to give them another $190 on top of it just to continue my Wi-Fi ridiculous

It was quick and easy to self install, only real issue i have with them is I think they charge too much. But, that is every ISP in USA.

This is our families first experience with Sparlight. I felt everyone that we worked with was knowledgeable and able to help us. So far we are loving our service. So much better than our previous service. Keep up the good work.

Sparklight has been awesome to work with. They were quick to install our internet and, three weeks later, we have had no issues whatsoever. Sparklight is great.

It has been almost 48 hours without internet services. Sparklight has been a total joke and as soon as we have a better option we will be switching our services. Sparklight has chronic issues in Shelley and it’s never just a quick fix of a few hours, it’s days. It’s always the same issue “power poles down, fibers cut”. They have no time estimate for return of services, “it will be a while”. Can anyone elaborate on a while? For those of us that depend on internet for our jobs this is not acceptable. Poor customer service Sparklight, do better.Hey Sparklight, here we are AGAIN (3/3) without internet services. How many DAYS will it be now? Your website says the internet is up and running and you call and get a different story. So unreliable. Praying fiber will make it out this summer and we will be switching immediately.

I’ve had nothing but issues trying to set up internet with them. I waited 10 days called to see where my modem was and they “messed up” and would send the modem that day. 7 days later called to check on it and once again the “messed up”. They for sure were going to send it now that it’s been 17 days. I refused and asked for my money back. After I was refunded the guy asked why I didn’t just go get my modem from the branch where I live. If that had been an option before fighting with you idiots for over an hour I would have done that.

We've had sparklight for a few years. It works better than CenturyLink for sure. We don't do tons of streaming and it has served us well. The signal is a little weak in the back of our house opposite of where the router is, which can be expected as our home is old with plaster walls.

New customer here. Just paid to get new internet for my family. Was told to come pick up my equipment… I wasn’t informed Idaho falls building were closed by 1pm. Wasted my time driving over here just to see it was closed? Who works only 9-1 that’s insane to me. Would have been really really nice for the CS rep to atleast let me know the building closed at 1pm and that I would have to pick up my equipment the following day.

Once you’re a customer, they charge you extra every time you call in and speak with a representative. A customer paying for their own customer service is a pretty poor way to treat a paying customer. I’d rather pay more for my internet service than pay for my own customer service.
