Cannot get ahold of speed connect. Been trying for weeks, keep saying they are closed no matter what time of day I call. Company poor at best with customer sevice!! Scammed out of over $4500.00 in June and July. Not even home half the time. Routers off nothing on and still stealing from me. They cannot not be reached. Please help. Have completely disconnected them. Got a new provider.

Company stopped paying any of there bills, Lost access to there cell towers, Owes $3,000,000 to American Towers. Currently a lawsuit has started against them v American Towers.

I have had speed conect for about 2 years. Price was high at the time. Speed was never what I was promised. Then a week ago my service went out. I called they said they were working on fixing it. A week later still no internet. So I called again. Unfortunately they can't fix it and I have to find a new provider.

My family has used this company for 5+ years and they seem to progressively get worse. Highly do not recommend this company and will be switching providers soon.

WOW, I tried to cancel my account 5x- yep 5! 4 times by e-mail and once by phone. I got billed AGAIN and when I called in to complain I was told that I called in the day after a billing cycle started and their policy was to charge me. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was quite literally told "They probably won't call you back. They have other things to do"!!!!!??

BEWARE- Unbelievably bad customer service. Literally have been charged twice despite our numerous attempts to cancel. Supervisors won't call us back no matter how many times we request. BEWARE!

I requested cancellation via e-mail to their support and billing e-mail address 2x over a 3 week period. I was then sent another bill for the next month. I spoke with customer service and he stated "Sorry, it takes us a while to respond to e-mails. Our policy is you have to be charged one more full month because your "official" cancellation notice is today". Wow...just wow

I love the price, the speed is correct for me. I run an Airbnb once in a while Speed Connect goes down, but so do other Internet services. The biggest problem with Speedconnect is not the speed and not the price but getting a hold of somebody. I’ve been trying again for two freaking weeks to sign a new contract and every single telephone number I have nobody leaves even a voice message so that I could get a call back they keep saying they’re not open when they are they keep saying they did just don’t and then they hang up. They don’t give you a voice messaging system, and anything to call back and take

Speed connect isn't a good internet company they willnt let my husband cancel are internet.but the already turned it off with no notice and Because they say own them money which I don't know how.they haven't send us a bill for think five month.i know people you own would call you or send you bill trying to get thier money.They thing that really makes me mad is they keep change us and add a late fee on samthing we can't us.we have had nothing but problems with it.Can anyone tell us what we can do about them keep charging us?They told my husband that they will keep change us untill we pay the money own them.

After years of slow speed & unreliable connection, even buying a new computer didn't help. Speed was a ridiculous 2.7 to 5 MBPS. No, that's not a typo. When I cancelled, they didn't want to get their modem "because it's obsolete." I made them remove it anyway. New provider is so much better, there is no comparison.

Had them for 3 years and all of a sudden they dropped the service in my area and neglected to say anything to me. I had to call time and time again and was told that it will be up and going soon. Call the last time and was told they would be dropping my service. They are the only internet company that comes to my address. Thanks for nothing.

I have been with this company through many name changes. I'm only giving 2 stars because they seem to always go down on weekends. Sometime hours, sometime the whole weekend. They have no tech support to call on weekends to even find out your state is down! Makes me ?
