What great service! Brian was my salesman. He was very knowledgeable about my new Kia Sportage plug-in Hybrid prestige because he owns one himself. He even sent me a video of himself to show me how to turn on lane assist. Kyle , the manager, was great! One hour after I bought my new car, someone backed into it while still on Stone’s lot and he stepped in and helped with everything to get it repaired. I can’t say enough good things about Stone’s Kia in Idaho Falls! And I really like the car too!

I had my 2003 Ford Explorer serviced at Stone's Kia! The mechanics pay attention to details and the hidden problem of the car was fixed for good. They are honest and don't charge you for what doesn't need to be done. Here is my example: A car motor is like when a surgeon goes to operate on a human body and then, once it is open he might see what the problem is and fix it, not more and not less! So did the mechanic at Stone's Kia, the thing the car was doing looked like one thing which would have cost double, but once he looked closer inside the motor, he realized the true problem and fixed it. Thus they saved me a lot of money. And the car purrs like a kitten and drives so well. Also, Tanya, the service writer communicates excellently. She is knowledgeable in motors and has the ability to explain it in a way that even I, a none mechanic can understand it. She is professional, patient, and polite besides that, she makes me smile. What a team they are. Thank you, for all you do.

Brian was amazing to work with and was very thorough and informative throughout the whole process. He was very helpful when looking through our options of vehicles and did a great job explaining all of the features on the vehicle we selected. As we were waiting for the vehicle to arrive he checked in every few weeks to give updates. Friendly environment and wonderful team members provided us with all of the assistance we needed. Working with the team was a very pleasant experience.

I brought my Kia optima in for its final free service today and I had brought up the fact that the car wash they have scratched my car the hood really bad and the roof it goes all the way down the vehicle, i had called the day it happens to see if they would fix it because all it would take is just a wax, needless to say I was told to contact the service manager in which I did and left a message I never herd back from him so I called again, I had a service coming up so I figured I would address it then as I was telling the sales manager that was supposed to call me who never returned my call what happend and showing him he got very defensive and said it was from dogs or something else it could not be his car wash that by standards is subpar they have very little to no soap so when u go through if you have any dust or dirt on your car it very well could have caused those scratches in very disappointed with stones Kia and honestly will never return here for any reason whatsoever most places would have said ok I see your frustration and what can we do I was not asking for a new paint job but it was there car wash that scratched my car, facts so obviously when u can't even get a return call when u leave several messages I guess I should have expected this regardless of them not being affected if I return to purchase another car from them I will not and would never refer or use this company again to have the service manager all but call u a liar and be super aggressive in the fact he knew there was no way it could be his car was well sir I disagree not only was it your car wash but the fact u avoided calling me back to address the issue makes me feel like u knew it was your fault by not calling back u felt like I would just say never mind. so to anyone thinking of buying or using stones Kia in Idaho falls run fast and far in my eyes they are nothing but true car salesman CROOKS! sighed a very dissatisfied veteran

This was our second vehicle purchased from Stones Kia. My decision to go with them was because of the stellar service they provided before and after the sale of our first purchase. The quality of service has been even better than the first. Huge shout out to Dane, Kyle, Jeremy, Tanya and all the other wonderful staff members that make this dealership one that I will come back to and will send my friends and family to with confidence!!!!

We had a really good experience at Stones. We looked at a used van at the end of the year and decided wed prefer new. JERONIMO understood and didnt push to get us to buy something we didnt want. When they had new Carnivals available he contacted us and did his best to arrange a test drive. When the one we wanted came in JERONIMO made sure we got to look at it as soon as it was ready. We pulled the trigger and were very happy with the finance process. We will go to them in the future.

Stones Kia has been a wonderful car buying and maintenance experience from start to finish. Our sales guy, Rob, was friendly and not overly pushy and everyone on sight is really helpful.But it certainly wouldn’t be what it is without Tanya. She is exactly who you want on your team if your car has any issues. When our car engine blew she was the one who contacted our warranty company and, for weeks, went back and forth with them, ensuring the maximum amount of work was covered on our car—and it certainly showed! We would have been down and out and car-less without her! She’s the kind of person that helps to make the dealership shine. She’s always understanding and compassionate. And she kept us updated every step of the way (and got us a free rental so we didn’t have to bike/walk everywhere) so we had the least amount of stress about it all.Sometimes you’re really not sure if buying from a dealership is going to be a smooth experience—especially for the lifetime of the vehicle—but Tanya really transformed our opinion and experience with a dealership—it wouldn’t be the same without her. She’s amazing!It goes without saying but we’d highly recommend purchasing your car here. The team makes it all worth it.

These guys are amazing at what they do! To start it off, Ken was the sales rep that met us in the lot. He was quick to answer questions and we hecka appreciated all of his input. Ken knows his vehicles and was able to get us into the perfect one. Grade A rep.Our finance manager Jeremy was just as awesome! He knows his stuff and was able to help us to get everything we needed, within the blanket of our budget. Gotta love a guy that can crunch numbers and still get us out of there timely. (I cant think of a faster vehicle transaction than what we just experienced. I think it was about 15 to 20 mins total, from approval to signatures.) Wham, bam, enjoy your new car. We are absolutely stoked about the new vehicle and will be referring friends and family in the future! Thank you for making this so easy guys. Yall rock.

Brian was great, he was able to help us every step of the way in the process of getting our new car. We wanted to look at the Sportage and he didn't have any on the lot so he let us test drive his own Sportage he purchased for himself. He communicated with us every couple of weeks while we waited for the car we ordered. He was thorough while explaining the features of the car while test driving and once we got our car. Jeremy helped us with financing and he made the process very fast and painless. Could not recommend them more.
