They need to get the ice machine fixed or replaced. I live in ucon and drive to other stores because the ice available melts way to fast and the other option has been down for months.

Stopped out there after hours to get gas use my card at the pump which instantly locked up and then I was unable to pump any gas so I had to hang it back up which locked my card and I still have never got refunded any of the money to my card it took every dime on my card and I have failed to get any of it back when I've tried to call the store I constantly get a voicemail saying they're unable to answer the phone every time I call is that because you're really that busy or you just don't want to answer the phone for your customers if I could give it no stars I would I probably will never ever stop at this gas station ever again it's $25 is a lot of money for somebody just to lose.

There was poop on the toilet seat when I went to use the restroom it was very gross. I’m not sure I would stop to use the bathroom here again.🤢

Super high turnover. Staff usually do not know how to solve any problems. The new lady at the counter this week is snarky and talked back when I tried to use my card and there was a chip malfunction, asking if she knew how to manually enter it in.
Word of advice, keep your mouth shut. Maybe use some of that energy to learn the ins and outs of your job instead of mouthing off to a very loyal customer.
