“Crystal and her team went above and beyond in helping my family and I with our emergency storage situation. Crystal was very kind and understanding, going above and beyond what I expected. If you need storage, I highly recommend this location. Thanks Crystal and the crew at uhaul on broadway!!!”
“These guys are great. Friendly, professional, helpful. We've been renting a couple storage units for a while now. Never had any issues. The facility is always clean and well lit. Renting the 10' truck is affordable, and an easy process. The couple who manage this facility are top notch.”
“Took such good care of us on an extensive brake job for our RV. They saved us upwards of $2000 by diligently researching for an appropriate solution to our problem. Got us in and taken care of as quickly as possible. They were honest, professional and smart.”
“I have rented a storage unit a few times here as they are the best prices and 24 hour service in town. I love that it feels secure, pretty clean units, and access day or night as I keep random hours. The only issue I've run into is a couple times the snow hasn't been plowed and it builds up next to my unit, but when I asked them to clean by it because I'm disabled they did.”
“So easy to work with the people at the desk. Makayla (sorry if I spelled it wrong) was so quick and easy to work with. She made sure we went through every detail and was fast with answering our questions and getting wrapped up after we dropped off a Uhaul truck. Will be coming back to this location for sure.”
“U-Haul pickup was quick and easy! They hooked up the trailer for us before we got there and even drove to Twin Falls to get our truck to make sure there were no delays. So grateful for their help in our move.”
“My truck sat for 4 years....my electrical for trailer hook up was bad. I went everywhere in IF to find parts and attempted to repair myself. I finally took my truck with electrical issues to U-Haul off of Northgate. Louis had ne up and running in no time!!! Thank you Northgate U-Haul”
“Louis was very helpful with services was very respectable. The help was immaculate. He understood his work and was able to help in a very nice manner I would recommend this service as one of the best Uhalls I have ever came across very helpful. Prices are at a fair amount. I would like to thank The assistant manager Louis for being very kind and patient with me. His staff seemed very well managed and would recommend this store location for anyone who is looking to transfer things.”

“They were great to work with. The truck was ready when they said it would be, it was pretty easy to get out of there without too much time, and returning it was no problem as well. Service was friendly and competent. Truck was a 26 footer, no problems with it”

“Well circumstances with gate not opening, my storage units door being off the track. Made me think, but all's good. The manager was very helpful, polite ECT.”
