Stayed another night here with partner . Natalie had the most amazing customer service. She was so fast with any request I had and so patient! She helped me out so much and made everything so pleasant. She never made me think anything was inconvenient. This place has THE BEST customer service for a lower budget motel. I recommend over and over again. I am happy to have the option to shout out & recognize the above and beyond customer service. Andy was an amazing maintenance man. Our fridge was out and he was quick and efficient. This place is amazing for customer service-

Worst service ever the lady's Do not know what there doing they called the cops and threw me out cause supposedly I didn't pay when I payed almost 1k for 6 nights.

I woke up to a 300 pound woman banging on my door. She said she was calling animal control ASAP because my dog slept in my car. LOL. It was 32° & was a chocolate lab & was 40° inside the car. This has to be the stupidest woman I have ever met in my entire life. Complete stupidity.

I have stayed here numerous times over the last few years. It has definitely gone downhill. Cleanliness is less than stellar, maintenance is terrible, with floors falling apart, paint chipped everywhere and overall shabby looking. It’s in a good location, and you definitely get what you pay for. Wear your shoes at all times, maybe even in the shower lol. Breakfast was adequate, but supplies were limited. You get what you pay for…. Mostly.

I was on my way south to Utah and only needed a place to have a good rest for the night and a good shower, and this hotel definitely served me perfectly. Location was convenient and when I checked in late night it felt safe. Yes the furnitures and carpets are old but they are totally functional and of not bad quality. Heck they even had complimentary breakfast with such reasonable price. Front desk staffs are very friendly and helpful. This is just great if you want to get rested but don’t want to spend extra money just for a bed.

I was in idaho falls this past weekend dropping off my daughter at school and we had a rough trip. Something was mixed up with our reservation and the general manager was so kind. This was at night and they were booked she made everything right and we were very comfortable and grateful. She could have just left us stuck. The food was good too.

Worst hotel experience of my life. The hotel was disgusting and dirty. Hotel room had hair in the tub, sink and toilet. It smelled TERRIBLE everywhere inside the hotel. Remote didn’t work. Back door was propped open by a rock all night. My husband slept in the car because the hotel was so disgusting. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here.
