Teton Toyota went above and beyond to make sure we received the vehicle we were desiring. For the last several months we had been searching for the right model of Grand Highlander with very little luck. We contacted Teton Toyota and Samantha was very helpful, quick to respond and friendly with each of our questions. When we traveled the 120 miles to Idaho Falls, we were introduced to Vanessa. Vanessa provided us with the information that we needed to make a decision on which Grand Highlander we wanted to purchase. At one point she drove us to the back of the lot so we could see the color of the vehicle we were considering buying. What we appreciated the most was when putting down a deposit, Vanessa was the only person we had to meet with. She was able to go over the trade-in value of our Subaru and what we would owe on the Grand Highlander. It made the process simpler. The vehicle was being built and would be arriving about 3 weeks later. When the new vehicle came in, my husband was on call and we couldn’t go to Idaho Falls for several days. Vanessa offered to deliver my new car 120 miles away! It simplified the process. Mari who is the business manager contacted me by phone. She listened to how I drive my vehicles and was able to explain the add-ons that are available. Mari was super helpful and explained the options clearly. The add-ons were reasonably priced and she got the services that best met my needs. Once Vanessa arrived with the car at my home, it was nice to sign the paperwork at my dining room table. Vanessa reviewed the various functions of the vehicle and directed me in setting up the app and info center. The whole process took less than an hour. I have never had an experience this awesome when buying a vehicle. Thank you to the ladies at Teton Toyota for a smooth and easy process! It was exceptional

Our buying experience was(is) quite a relaxing time , no pressure and our sales lady Vanessa knows her job and vehicles very well. There were no back and forth between her, sales manager, store manager and finance person. Just really pleasant. Will definitely return when the time is right to purchase another vehicle again. Thank you. In addition, Vanessa, our sales lady went out of her way and delivered our new grand Highlander to our house yesterday evening , a 2 hour drive each way. So I cannot say enough on the kindness and helpfulness and pleasant time on our purchase.Thanks again.

Devin (I think that’s the correct spelling) was such a good salesman to work with! He was able to put together a great deal and help me lease a certified Tacoma! I originally just came to look at the truck, but was very pleased with the whole experience! I had a unique finance situation and he basically fought tooth and nail to get a deal that worked for me. Mike was also a great warranty salesman to work with. He was very clear and knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions! I’ll always recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone.

Michael (Michelangelo) Sandoval at Teton Toyota went above-and-beyond! He treated us like we were family and we ended up purchasing a 2017 Honda CR-V. He helped us find the vehicle that checked all the boxes for our needs and price range. We were so impressed we told my wife's parents about the great customer service and pricing. The very next day we brought them to Teton Toyota and asked for Michael (Michelangelo) Sandoval. He helped them purchase a 2020 Honda CR-V. They were on a very strict budget (as they are retired on Social Security), and my mother-in-law is disabled. Michael (Michelangelo) Sandoval and Mike Cummins (Business Manager) in Finance made a seemingly impossible deal happen. We drove away so happy and amazed! Teton Toyota has earned our business for life!

Working with Andrea at Teton Toyota was the best experience I could have asked for. She made the process smooth and exciting from start to finish. I typically don’t like the awkwardness of test driving a vehicle with a salesman, but that was not the case with her. Getting to know more about not just the vehicle, but who I was going to buy it from and the amazing people at Teton Toyota made me feel like I was more than just another customer. By far the best vehicle buying process I have ever had. If you’re looking to buy any vehicle Andrea at Teton Toyota will make you wish you bought one sooner!

I had met with Vanessa several times over the last month. We test drove several vehicles together, to try and find the best fit. She worked hard at getting all the information on different vehicles put together, and got us into a price range we could afford. When we went in Wednesday night, we found the perfect truck! She had already gone home for the night, but offered to drive all the way back in so we could get out truck. We ended up leasing a brand new 2024 Toyota Tundra! She is amazing, easy to work with, and a good sport! ? Thanks Mike for taking such good care of us, and playing along. ? My family and I have purchased and leased 7 vehicles with Toyota, and will continue to go back. Thanks Teton Toyota team! P.S. shout out to Bart. Thanks for all you do SOB! ?

I went to Teton Toyota while my baby was napping one day just to start looking at the Toyota sienna’s. I’ve been wanting one for a while and I met Sue who was bravely working in the freezing cold. She was so kind and great to work with. She showed me what they had available and agreed to meet with me the next day when I could test drive one. She was very knowledgeable about the vehicles, and answered all of my questions very respectfully. I ended up purchasing one that day and am SO happy! Hopefully I don’t buy a new car for a long time but if I do, I would absolutely work with Sue again!

We love Teton Toyota! We just signed our second lease with Kyle and Polo. We didn't schedule an appointment but I love that they are open late. They helped us get into a new car to love and laughed majority of the night while signing our names away.Kyle was great at showing us new features and had great knowledge of what we were looking for.We appreciate the entire team at Teton Toyota!

Working with Teton Toyota was literally the best experience I’ve had working car dealerships. We started working with Dalton he helped us figure out what car we wanted, and answered all our questions about the process of getting our car to us. When we finally decided we were ready to get a car Vanessa took over for Dalton because he wasn’t working when we went in. She was extremely helpful in helping us get every option we wanted for our new car and kept us updated on the building progress. When it arrived she made sure all our accessories where installed and the car was ready to pickup when we got there. Teton Toyota is the best place to purchase a vehicle I can’t say it enough

Purchased a 2008 Lexus SC430 from Bryson Hernandez and Luis Rosas of Teton over the phone. I was promised that that car was blemish free and even requested a walk around video of the car. When the car arrived all four wheels were curbed, the antenna was broken, the hood needs to be repainted as there are so many rock chips and there are scrapes on the front and rear bumpers. I politely asked the dealership to correct these issues and their response was "you bought a used car, and the damage was done by the transport company. Two weeks later I still have NOT received my title. Buyer Beware

Terrible Customer Service!I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service I received during my recent interaction with Martin at Teton Toyota. As a customer who is currently 8.5 months pregnant, my intention was to streamline the process by conducting everything online, minimizing the need for extensive visits to the dealership and prolonged interactions with sales personnel on my day off.Regrettably, my experience with Martin did not meet my expectations. During our phone conversation, it became apparent that he did not pay attention to my concerns, as he repeatedly asked the same question within a short span of time. This gave me the impression that he was attempting to rush me off the call. Initially, Martin assured me that we could handle all necessary tasks over the phone or via text, and that he would keep me updated on any developments.However, it took three days for us to negotiate a price, which coincidentally fell on a Saturday. On that day, I noticed a car of interest on your website and decided to inquire about the monthly payment options via text message at 10:30 AM. Martin responded at noon with the requested information. I promptly expressed my willingness to make a payment over the phone and proceed with picking up the vehicle.To my dismay, the following workday brought the news that the truck had been sold. When I conveyed my dissatisfaction, Martin's response of "Have a good day" only added to my frustration. As someone who also works in customer service, I believe that when a customer is ready to finalize a deal, it should be given priority.Based on this experience, Teton Toyota has lost my business. The lack of satisfactory customer service has left me with no desire to support a company that fails to prioritize its customers. I believe that exceptional customer service is crucial for any business, and unfortunately, my encounter did not reflect this.

I had an awesome experience at Teton Toyota, even though we were not necessarily excited about having to get into a new car in this market.First off, we showed up late on a Wednesday evening shortly after finding out that my previous vehicle was a total loss. We had been given the run around by insurance and stuck in a rental for two weeks prior to finally getting the final word. Chris was quick to answer our questions about needing a 3rd row option to fit our family and took the time to explain to me how financing would work as we were still waiting for the insurance payout on the previous vehicle. He let us test drive a new Toyota Highlander and took our information down to let us know about any additional incoming 3rd row options.We stopped by a couple of other dealerships the next day and didn’t see anything that felt quite right. I had a feeling that we needed to go back to Teton Toyota, even though I was not too keen on the particular Highlander that we had test drove the day prior. There happened to be a new Highlander Limited that we had missed the day prior and I knew that was the vehicle that we would be rolling off the lot with.Chris introduced us to Carson, because he had a standing appointment that evening. Carson was very attentive and allowed us to test drive the Highlander Limited to help solidify my gut feelings. Carson was particularly patient with me, especially considering how thin my patience had become with the situation we were in. Carson spent extra time negotiating the terms that we felt most comfortable with, which is greatly appreciated! He also made sure to reach out the next day to help me navigate the Toyota app and helped schedule window tinting, because I forgot to do so the day before. He truly cares about his customers and it shows in the way he makes sure to check in, even after a deal is made.Now enters Craig into the deal…Craig was a big part of our negotiations and certainly advocated for the best deal possible, which is also greatly appreciated! Craig recognized us from Lee’s coaching gig and my presence at The Yoga Studio and helped push us in the right direction. He definitely brought out an energy that was much needed as we were almost ready to walk away from the Limited.Carson and Craig both stayed late into the evening to allow us to return our janky rental and to wait for the financing deal to be solidified. I am so thankful that we went back to Teton Toyota and even more thankful to have dealt with a very stand up sales team. Thank you Chris, Carson, and Craig! You helped turn our situation around and made our family feel a little more safe being back in a third row SUV!

My initial experience ordering a car from Teton Toyota was not great. The first salesperson I worked with never got back to me about the price of a new car even after I said I was ready to order. I was frustrated because I felt as though I wasn’t taken seriously—possibly because of my age. Fortunately, I was able to work with another salesperson, Kylie, who answered all my questions, explained the ordering process, and, ultimately, found the perfect car in a timely manner. She was so helpful and made the experience much better than it started out.Lastly, I felt RJ, the extended warranty salesman, was not completely forthcoming.I give Kylie 5 stars, but my overall experience with Teton Toyota 3 stars.
