“We broke down on a busy Saturday afternoon, with a large Kodiak diesel truck pulling a 42 foot fifth wheel.
From my call to the nice lady that answered the phone to the nice gentleman that came within a half an hour! Thank you thank you very much.
They were very, very efficient, very kind, and very knowledgeable in what they were doing.
While it was not fun, having our rig breakdown, I don’t know what we would have done without this company. They were quick, efficient and kind, I would recommend them to anybody. 10 stars if I could.”

“Called Hooked Up Towing & Recovery to help get a car to the dealer that was experiencing locked brakes that would not release. Dennis took care to protect the tires from dragging as he pulled it on his flatbed. He was courteous, explained what he was doing during the process and was friendly to speak with. I hope to not use a tow service often but if/when I need it again, I'll be calling Dennis at Hooked Up Towing.”
“The guys over here are top notch. I had a rear end issue in my powerstroke a few days before I was leaving to go hunting I called told them my predicament and within 20 minutes I got a quote and day to bring it in. Dropped it off Monday morning and picked it up Monday afternoon. These guys don’t know me but went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and could stay on the road with minimal down time. If I could give more stats I would. They gained a life long customer.”
“I was in town from out of state visiting my Mom when my car”threw a code”. I called this place on recommendation from my Son and told them I was “looking for a miracle” as we were trying the get to Yellowstone. These guys went above and beyond, giving me a ride from my rental to the shop and back again. Correctly diagnosed what was going on with the car, reset the code and wouldn’t accept payment! “Hendrickson's came to our rescue when our truck's turbo blew out on US-26
Our driver, John, was prompt and professional, giving us a call once he received the work order and another when he was about 15 minutes out.
John was able to safely disconnect our fifth wheel RV from our pickup and tow both our trailer and truck to safety. Despite a GPS error taking us down a wrong turn, he safely navigated some tight roads without concern. There was never a moment we felt unsafe once he arrived.
Due to the gps error, our tailgate was dented in transit. John promptly brought it to our attention, was sincerely apologetic, and connected us with Chuck in the offices. I genuinely believe this wouldn't have occurred if it weren't for the GPS error.
Chuck was understanding of our extended travel circumstances and was patient as we were 3-4 weeks out from getting a quote to him for the repair.
Within a week, our tailgate costs were taken care of. The whole process was a breeze, I am grateful for both our driver and the office for their services.”

“Bumper on my sedan was coming loose. Been dealing with it for a bit now. Decided to give majestic a call… Brent took excellent car of me and my car. Quote was good and came in under budget on doing the work.
Paint matched up great parts look great… they did an interior detail and ran the car through the wash…
Two ladies at the desk (did not grab their names) were great too..
Whole place was friendly!

“My foolish child slid into a parked car, the tie rod bent, and the wheel wouldn't turn. We called up DownStream and they worked with us to get it towed on the day we needed it brought to our mechanic. They had the best price as well out of the 7 or so other companies I contacted. It was pretty easy on our part. We didn't have to be there, we set it up all through text, and we just Venmo'd the money to them when it was done. Some of these reviews say they were rude or didn't keep their schedules. I'll say I experienced a little bit of that. They weren't extremely friendly on the phone and ended up being about an hour or so late to tow the car than when they said they would be there but I didn't really care. For the price we paid, they showed up and did the job, and so it was fine from my point of view.”

“Jeral came by our house and picked up our damaged car to tow it to Idaho Falls. I was allowed to ride along with him for an hour and a half during the delivery. During that time, I learned a lot about the towing business, the reality of the kinds of things they need to deal with, and the level of sophistication and skills sometimes needed to meet the challenges of various situations. Also, it was clear that Jeral himself was a great guy and very professional. Society needs more people like Jeral and the services they provide for us. I would recommend Jeral and his company for any towing services in their area.”
