January was the month for Cervical Cancer Awareness. These are fantastic teal and white with a ribbon that Joe did for me! I'm always happy with the results. The right photo is what I wanted.

Lady was very aggressive and did a mediocre job on a set of acrylics and then charged me $65 and got mad when I didn't tip. As far as I'm concerned, she added her own tip. I remember when their acrylics used to cost $30. Ridiculous.

My sister and I chose this salon as part of her engagement celebration plans, and the experience was unforgettable. The staff worked with such care and attention to detail, ensuring every moment felt special. The matching nail designs they created for us were stunning, and we couldn’t have asked for a better way to prepare for her big day.

Wasn’t happy with the outcome of the nail shape, the nail lady tried fixing it over 4 times & im still not happy with the results.. I asked for a removal because I didn’t like how they were turning out and she denied me taking them off. I then asked for a refund because I still was not happy with the results of how they turned out & she said no. & when I asked if I could just remove them for the second time she tried charging me after I just paid 70$ for them. The least thing to do was removing them for free since she didn’t want to refund. Don’t recommend getting nails done here unless you want it done half fast. Don’t do nails if it’s not something you’re gonna be passionate about doing. 😔😔 anyways I left sad and still feeling sad knowing I got ripped off for some half fast nails.

One price was posted for my 20 yr old granddaughters "acrylic nails".. my granddaughter informed me they charged us $10 over. Plus I had given a cash tip.
I didn't pay attention because I was treating my granddaughter. When I asked about it, the woman showed me a PAPER behind the counter with hand written "new prices". SERIOUSLY??!!
Then I got a very bad infection after my pedicure. I had to go to my doctor who gave me oral antibiotics AND ointment. It seriously took months to get my toenail CLOSE to normal.
Cleanliness: I went a year ago with my adult granddaughter and would never trust them again! I ended up getting a toe infection so bad my doctor had to give me antibiotics!

Strange experience. I haven't had a pedicure in 5 years because I usually do then at home. I had a certificate and thought I'd better use it. I came to these guys and was in the doctor a week later with a terrible infection in my big toe from the cuticle and underneath the nail. I questioned because it didn't seem sanitary. Should have gone with my gut. They responded to this review and it doesn't even make sense. This happened weeks ago. I don't know what you're even talking about. I can post photos of the infection if you insist.

this place is ridiculous service is horrible! They way over charge worse then before! The lady that did my nails was in a hurry jerking my hand around and sighing at every move I made just very disrespectful. Didn’t even make sure both hands with the same length. I told her coffin and she did some kinda weird shape and very short! I’m very disappointed I will not be going back there again. Also got mad when I didn’t tip because of horrible service. If you’re looking for respectful service and great nails don’t recommend this place!!!!

They do a great job with nails! The biggest downfall is the lack of hygiene and sterilization. ALL their equipment is filthy dirty! The big makeup brush they use to dust off your nails had big clumps of acrylic and dust in it. They put used nail files on the drill and regular file. Their stations do not get wiped down, other than a swipe from a dirty towel. I would like to return, but I don’t want to get a fungus or infection. If they ever start sanitizing their tools in between clients, I would happily return.

Today was the first time I tried Trendy Nails. Really nice owners, not super busy, clean. The cleanest nicest nail salon I've found in Idaho Falls. Walk in friendly and great pedicure every time. Prices are reasonable, they did a great job on our nails and toes. I have never been more satisfied with a nail salon. They are extremely customer focused and seem to care about the finished product and not just getting your money. I recommend either Jenny or Tango. They treated me like royalty and took such great care of me. Definitely recommend this place. You will not be disappointed if you try it.
