Terrible service. Had a 20' Truck reserved. when I arrived to the U-Haul, the lady who I think is the owner, said oh, I dropped the ball. I forgot to check in the truck. I had to wait 20 minutes just for them to do that. Seems like they're really not in the business to rent trucks as much as they are to rent storage space.

So easy to work with the people at the desk. Makayla (sorry if I spelled it wrong) was so quick and easy to work with. She made sure we went through every detail and was fast with answering our questions and getting wrapped up after we dropped off a Uhaul truck. Will be coming back to this location for sure.

Really great customer service, just in an odd spot and parking lot is loaded with potholes.
