Each of these instances reflect different times I have visited their location.-Hours online don't reflect actual customer hours at location. Very misleading.-Front desk employee is very rude and condescending.-Employees don't listen correctly and sent package via ground instead of next day air.I have yet to have a pleasurable experience each time I have visited their location. This is strictly for their customer center. All other UPS stores are great.

Public service announcement. This is UPS. The UPS store is a totally different company, a middle man/shipping center. If Amazon gives you a QR code for the UPS store, don't go to UPS with it.

Showed up before the office opened to pickup a package that I have been anxiously awaiting with much needed parts for my jeep. One of the employees went above and beyond and retrieved my package for me before hours. 5 star service!

The UPS service center is completely incompetent. You can't get a hold of anyone and when you go in to talk to an actual person they are rude and ignorant.

Went to the after hours pick up that is held from 7-8:30pm in the back. The door is held open to let people know they can go in. I ask to pick up my package that was signature only and is held in ice my special injectable medication. I asked to pick it up like I have done several times through this process and they told me no. Looked at me like I was wasting their time and said they had too many boxes to scan and they are unable to search for the box (even though they did the previous months) and I can come back at 11am to pick it up. So frustrating. I am going to have to miss work in order to get my time sensitive package so it does not go bad sitting in the warehouse all day. What’s the point of “customer after hours pickup” if you can’t pick up ????

I love my UPS driver. He is more than just someone that leaves packages at my door.(daily) Most people don't realize how many stops these guys make a day. I live in Blackfoot Idaho and my drivers name is Rich. He travels my gravel lane every day and brings us what we need. I had been home for 10 days with Covid and had to return an item that had been damaged. He called me to make sure the item on the steps was the correct item and to make sure I was ok because my vehicle hadn't moved. I appreciated that beyond words. What a great example of how community should be. Absolutely amazing. Good job UPS and thank you Rich!

Worst customer service experience I have had. No willingness to help out paid to over night package and was home waiting did not hear driver come other than the note I found on the door. Asked if I could pick up or have it possibly re attempted as I would not be home the next attempt Date. They told me no and if I wanted them to hold it for me to pick up it would be an additional 35 dollars.
