Shipping and dealing with returns are usually such a hassle, especially with a store that handles the amount of volume that this location does. Despite all the challenges, this team moves like a well oiled machine. Especially Christal their supervisor. We were lucky enough to have her deal with our return. We had trouble with shipping labels for our two large boxes. Most associates would have sent us on our way to figure it out on our own. She helped us get on the phone with the right people from Amazon and had us out of there in no time! Can not recommend this location and their leadership more!

I got a notification that my package failed delivery 3 times within 2 hours and that they were returning it to the center,i got no call whatsoever trying to set up a redelivery or anything i called customer support to see if i could just pick it up from the post office instead of having to go through the whole process of them returning it to sender and then sending it back to me she basically told me i was out of luck and that i could try to go to the post office to see if they sent it off yet.

Upon entering the establishment this afternoon, I observed a sequence of events that warrants attention. Initially, I was behind two gentlemen. The associate with long, dark hair, described as soft-spoken, and of slender build, informed the younger gentleman that she could assist him, but he was with the older gentleman. Subsequently, she departed without acknowledging me and misrepresented the situation to a colleague, falsely claiming to have inquired about my needs. She then retreated to a back area. The colleague, having been misinformed, assisted me in obtaining a book of stamps. The initial associate then emerged and proceeded to serve customers who had arrived after me, in proximity to the colleague she had misled. As a customer, I find this conduct inconsistent with expected service standards.

This store operates on ignorant politically motivated polices that disallow shipping of items that are allowed by UPS themselves (the store is 3rd party and can set their own rules apparently). Don’t reward this idiocy with your hard earned money, take your business somewhere that actually respects your needs as a customer. Edit: none of the things you listed are applicable. Your store refused to accept things that are totally benign. Firearms are serialized item that require special handling, parts and accessories do not. You guys will ship a golf rangefinder but not a red dot that is almost functionally identical. It’s not hazardous, it’s not serialized, it had no hazardous materials. You have zero explanation for why you “couldn’t ship” such items, because you can, you choose not to. Either train your employees better or stop trying to make a feeble political statement.

I've used their print service several times, and I'm generally pretty happy. Printing price is market standard, while the pring quality is good. My one issue is that they don't have boxes that will fit smaller quantities of business cards, which resulted in bending and folding based on how they put them in the box/the way they made it fit.

I am absolutely amazed at how UPS customer service sucks. I've had several packages returned because they suddenly decided to not deliver to USPS street address. Four months ago I had no issues with them. I called customer service yesterday and they basically told me there is nothing they can do and that my packages will be returned to the sender. I understand if they changed their policies but the least thing they must do is to allow customers to redirect packages to a different address to avoid lengthy delays. That decision affects millions of customers but UPS does not seem to care about that.
