I’ve never met anyone more rude and unprofessional than Troy. We had a horrific experience. He was 40 minutes late for our passport appointment (that we were told to arrive 30 minutes early for). Then he proceeded to take as long as he possibly could making rude remarks along the way. We had everything ready and filled out prior. However, it took him longer to do one appointment than it took Sandy (an old employee there) to do four of our passports. We will drive hours next time we need a passport to avoid that.

nobody here knows how to do their job, my stuff is always 3-7 days late unfortunately, my latest package has been on “out for delivery” for 6 days and they fail to get it to me, still waiting

I absolutely loath this post office. There is never enough people working the counters. The ones that are there don’t do anything I. A hurry. I’ve watched Troy stand 10 feet away from the desk and have an almost 10 minute personal conversation. They are lazy and mean, I have to come here to mail packages to my son overseas in the military and if I don’t have at least 2 hours I can’t do it. I am busy too and their lack of respect for my time and person is appalling.

Still waiting over 4 months to get master locks for community mailboxes. Numerous messages and emails to Heather the post master go unreturned.

For one ANSWER THE PHONE you had no issues two weeks ago and now I can't get ahold of anyone, not just that we were supposed to get TWO MAIL KEYS why are we only getting one when three of us needed it? Come on

Who do you complain about. They deliver to the wrong address and the they deliver late at night..so sad to be a delivery person today..how much school do I need for this job anyhow..bad service..

I don't typically leave bad reviews for places, but after I saw the other reviews, I figured I might as well. I had ordered a package, and for some reason this location held onto it, and didn't deliver. So I had to go pick it up. When I arrived, I had 3-4 people in front of me. 2 Men were manning the counter. One of them was making good progress, but the other was moving like molasses and chatting up a storm with the lady who was shipping items. They literally talked for 10mins while we all waited. When they were done, the lady then went back behind the counter and disappeared. Why couldn't she have shipped her own packages if she worked there??? Or save their conversation for later, with 10-12 people waiting in line...
Finally, I was next in line....and the person who was ACTUALLY working, closed his window, filled out some paperwork, and left. It was 5 at this point, and he left with a line of people out the door! Now we're all stuck with Mr. Chatty Pants. People were getting visibly upset. I get up, I ask for my package, and he disappears for 5-8 mins looking for my package. I've got 15 people all just staring at me while I wait...I don't dare ask why my package was held up. Literally took me almost an hour to pick up a package.
I now have a second package being held up by this same office, and they're closed for the weekend. Lovely.
The people running this place are a joke.

I’ve never had a problem with the mail or packages until recently and they will totally steal from you if they can get away with it and then tell you that they sent the package back! ??? So if you’re having a package sent to you make sure you are going to be there when it arrives, I’m an OTR cmv operator and I’m am not home 21 days a month they are not user friendly!

April 3, Wednesday 4:30 with all respects a older man (think Wyatt) so unprofessional doing his job. From the beginning so rude, ignoring me when I asked for directions in order to know what I going to do. First time here and instead this worker let me know what is my duties he just gave me actitud. He doesn't know how to deal with the public, my job is driving not to unload and load my the load, even with my best disposition to help I did it without complaining, I did his job while he just was watching me. Kind of rush, pushing me without respects. So embarrassing my experience with this older man. I am leaving this place with great sadness.
