I had a package supposed to been delivered the mail carrier scanned it and basically claim he forgot to deliver it but some how took it to another address . The other employees no help and can’t give me the address he took it to .. so Scott the supervisor and mail carrier at eagle rock station in Idaho falls Idaho stole my package

I got a notification that my package failed delivery 3 times within 2 hours and that they were returning it to the center,i got no call whatsoever trying to set up a redelivery or anything i called customer support to see if i could just pick it up from the post office instead of having to go through the whole process of them returning it to sender and then sending it back to me she basically told me i was out of luck and that i could try to go to the post office to see if they sent it off yet.

They keep parking in front on my place. For more than 5 minutes. This is really irritating, especially since this is MY parking spot.

They are so wonderful and dedicated to getting you what you need. I worked with a young gentleman and he made sure to personally look into my situation for several days. Yes the building is old and they don’t have a lot of staff, but they will do what is in their range of power to help.

My complaint is less so about this location but more how awful usps has been in general. Every single time I have a package being delivered by them it is late by multiple days and I have had a few packages lost completely. The customer service reps don’t care at all and it’s honestly just a waste of time trying to get them to do anything besides tell you your tracking status which you can view online. If you have the choice just use any other mail service, usps seems to be the only one with issues like this

These guys are the absolute worst!! Every time I get something delivered by them they deliver it to the wrong house. It takes days to find the package and they refuse to answer their phone. 100% a disappointment and very unacceptable.

Giving a huge and I mean a huge shout out to Alex. Went in their with my daughter to get a stamp and the manatee ones she really wanted, she didn't have enough money for because they were by the book only. So she had to settle for a plain ol stamp. Today when the mail arrived there was a card addressed to my daughter and upon opening it there was a book of the manatee stamps along with some other stamps. She was over joyed. A big big thank you Alex ... You are wonderful and made her day!!

I see the same people every time I go in-person to mail something and they are calm, friendly, and competent. They often take a few extra seconds to help me make sure I'm getting the best rate on whatever I'm sending. Of course if I go near the holidays or during a busy time of day there are long lines, but that's easy enough to plan for or avoid.And the mail lady who delivers to our mailbox is lovely! Even on long days she smiles and says hi when I'm outside doing yard work or walking. We've had no issues with mail delivery either.Like most essential jobs they seem to be understaffed pretty much constantly, but every interaction I've had so far has been positive.
