I see the same people every time I go in-person to mail something and they are calm, friendly, and competent. They often take a few extra seconds to help me make sure I'm getting the best rate on whatever I'm sending. Of course if I go near the holidays or during a busy time of day there are long lines, but that's easy enough to plan for or avoid.And the mail lady who delivers to our mailbox is lovely! Even on long days she smiles and says hi when I'm outside doing yard work or walking. We've had no issues with mail delivery either.Like most essential jobs they seem to be understaffed pretty much constantly, but every interaction I've had so far has been positive.

These imbeciles are so utterly useless. They have lost SEVEN pieces of my mail in the last 2 years--including four that were bill payments. I've filled out "missing mail" requests, yet USPS never finds a dang thing (BIG surprise...not). I've called the branch about this issue more than once, as I'm sick to death of my mail getting lost and of having to repeatedly pay stop payment fees on my checks because of USPS's total incompetence. Their solution was to tell me that I should really start sending everything by Certified Mail. So, let me get this straight.... instead of USPS actually doing its dang job and--heaven forbid!--managing to get the mail TO and FROM the proper addresses, they expect me to pay even more money top of of rampant inflation in order to, hopefully, ensure that they actually get my mail to where it needs to go?? Seriously?? I absolutely hate the government and these corrupt bureaucrats more and more every single day. This is just completely pathetic, and there's NO excuse whatsoever for anyone doing their dang job this horribly.

Very unhelpful staff and rude. You can 100% tell they do not like their jobs here. Sad because I’ve always had the most pleasant experience at Rigby’s post office.

Poorly orchestrated customer service. The line is long. And only one clerk is helping anyone. You can hear people in the back room talking and laughing, but no one comes to help ease the congestion, so the line just gets longer.

I have a po box here. It is $88 for 6 months for a small box. I'm here every other day. The building is always clean. If there is ever a line it typically goes pretty fast even though there is usually only one person working. The outside does have stairs but of you look to the left of the entrance there is a wheelchair ramp for easy accessibility.

Workers at the front desk are very efficient and knowledgeable. I've had a PO box here for 3 years now and never had issues with any delivery even from UPS or FedEx.

Terrible service. I'm sure glad I can pay to almost five dollars for certified mail and a stamp but I can't get insurance on the piece of mail even though their sorting roller system ruined my documents I was mailing to my insurance company so now have to try a second time hoping my mail doesn't get destroyed this time. What a complete embarrassment to this community that both post office locations in Idaho Falls are incompetent

Usps lost a package of mine in Denver Colorado so I wait a few days past the delivery date then file a claim on a Saturday and surprisingly they called me back later that day. We are now a full week past my delivery date and somehow tracking g says my package has left Denver distribution center 18 time! And to top it off I can't get them to answer the phone and the 800 number is completely useless. Next time I'm paying the little bit extra for ups or FedEx....

I rarely give poor reviews but this needs fixed. Some of my bills have to be mailed and can't be done online. One day I mailed at 5 bills and it took 6 months to get delivered and I was receiving past due notices and I called in to pay and then 6 months later I got calls to see what they needed to do with the checks they received. Please fix this.
