Do not go to this location for help they can't fix any problems you may have. Better yet go to any other cellphone provider Verizon is the worst. They will raise your bill every month for no reason. Then when you try and leave they send you a bill for leaving. Save time and money. DON'T USE VERIZON!

Do not come here. They had one staff member working. I was there two hours for a warranty return without success. Anything with a commission took precedence: selling us a new phone and customers that came after me buying accessories. I was told it was closing time in twenty minutes and to try tomorrow. The place on 17th has dedicated staff for repairs. The commission part leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I will not be back for anything. Value your time and go somewhere else. Do not make my mistake.

Malakai was incredibly helpful and stuck through my mess with customer service and everything. Sark was also able to pitch in and help us find the information from previous accounts and bills to correct my account. 6 months of empty promises and efforts solved in one night. These guys you can actually count on!

I’ve been coming to this location for a few years now and I’ve never been disappointed. Sark handled my upgrade and explained everything in detail. Customers came in and he took care of them as well and never left anyone unattended. Incredible management by Litzy and incredible work ethic by Sark.

Litzy always goes up and above and over to help me with all of my questions and problems with my phone. She is so smart and knows what to do to help me out. Got a new phone through her and she has showed me numerous times how to work things and how to get things done . She is so personable and she never hesitates to answer all my questions and she's got so much patience with me because I've been in there several times. She is the best Verizon employee that I have ever dealt with and I have been a Verizon customer since the 1980s.
