“Okay so writing this is a bit hard but the vets there are nice blunt and to the point, that being said they do the job of 5 vets combinationd. I like how they all work together as a team to get the whole situation under control it is a great vet, and princess my dog loves all the vets though there is some she is apprehensive about. They have gone above and beyond for our furry family. Though there is some issues, the only thing I think is that they need a bigger building cause they should have more patients they are the best vet I have ever been to and I gone to a few and observed of other people's vets visits and I rather come here. They show kindness to the animals no matter what. Though I don't agree with putting animals down they do that. God bless this place and all the vets and everyone that works there amen. Have a great day and thank you, for helping us about every 6 months with a new issue each time. God bless.”
“We absolutely love Dr. Christensen! We have used his services to vaccinate our puppy. He was informative and answered all of our questions patiently.When we had a scare with our puppy eating something she shouldn't have, we texted Dr. Christensen and he responded right away. There was no judgement passed at all and he was knowledgeable about how to proceed. He explained the care instructions simply yet thoughrouly making it easy to follow them.We will be using Dr. Christensen for all of our future veterinary needs in the future!”

They always have a vet and tech on call so no need to ever have to resort to going to the Emergency Vet Hospital which is highly expensive!! I've never had anything but stellar experiences and am always so impressed with the staff. They truly care about their clients and every animal! Their care of horses is amazing and fascinating as well! Anytime your pet needs care....this is the best place!!”

“Let me tell you about why I love Sunnyside Veterinary Clinic. Several years ago, my Golden Retriever had been bitten by a dog during our evening walk. There were several gashes and a massive amount of blood loss from several lesions in his throat. My dog needed to be RUSHED to the vet ASAP. I was trying to find the 24/7 emergency vet (because of course this happened AFTER regular business hours...) and I saw a sign that said "Vet" and immediately pulled into the parking lot... but in my panicked state I had gone to the wrong clinic!!! Even worse I had pulled in a full hour after the Sunnyside Veterinary Clinic had closed. Dr. Mike Nield was walking out of the clinic and headed home for the day. I leaned out the car window and explained the emergency hoping he could direct me to the location of the 24/7 clinic. Instead Dr. Mike calmly walked back and unlocked the front door, reopened the office, and examined my dog immediately. He even stayed late to perform the surgery. Words can not express my gratitude for that kindness. He also did not charge me an "emergency exam fee" or an "after hours emergency rate" and billed me at his regular office rate-- which saved me at least several hundred dollars. I would give that man my kidney if he needed it. He truly is the best vet in Idaho Falls! I will never take my dogs anywhere else.THANK YOU SO MUCH for all you and your wonderful staff do!”

“I've never had a bad experience here. I've taken one dog in for treatments in a hyperbaric chamber, and I've boarded a dog there. They seemed attentive to my animal's needs. He had a lot of medications and medical issues, and I would hand write out a lot of instructions for him because his medications got adjusted a lot so the instructions on the bottle frequently didn't match how he would need to take them at the time he was boarded. I don't have any complaints about Northgate.”
“This clinic went above & beyond for my dog. My dog actually would get excited to pull up to this clinic & they were always so kind to him. When my dog did pass away at 15 years old, they continued to go above & beyond for him. “I cannot express in words how amazing of a vet Dr.Petetsen is! Besides being totally cool, he's smart and knows what he's doing. He removed a 12lb mass from my dog's stomach with excellent healing, as a result. My dog's like 12 years old too. I'm confident she has a few more years of life now.”
