I went to pick up my vehicle and they hadn’t done the recall or returned calls and my appointment was scheduled for the 11th and I picked up my car on the 18th. We had to wait over an hour to pick up my car when I told them I needed it. My car had been there over 3 weeks. When I got there my car was overheating and the battery was dead. It had a new battery so someone let the battery drain. I told them my car had some codes and no one addressed them. I checked the antifreeze and it had some but for some reason it wasn’t getting to the radiator. So my husband changed the water pump and thermostat himself. Very disappointed because Nick Fell told us we needed a new engine and said nothing about the water pump.Update:I had the manager reach out to me and was great to listen to my complaints and apologetic. It was nice to be heard and he was going to make sure there is better communication so others will not have the same experience.

Was told I needed a new transfer case. The entire transfer case including the actuator motor hadn’t even been touched. The truck sat in the same place at the dealership for 7 weeks, when pressed for a diagnosis. I was told the transfer case needed to be replaced at a cost of over $4800. We took the truck home. Pulled the transfer case (20 min). Opened it up (another 20-30 min) and found the Hi/low 4x4 shifting form and it’s gear had separated$245 in parts two hours total laborTook the truck back to dealership for reprogramming (labor ??) and to install the old actuator Motor (10-15 min labor at most)Total experience with Wackerli $415.00. Seemed a little steep given that we fixed the truck and only needed reprogramming. No parts involved Labor total? We were Not given a detailed work order for the last invoice of $315

I was honestly very impressed with the car buying experience here. Everyone was pretty laid back. Even the finance guy. Jason the salesman is Awesome. I highly recommend him. Not pushy at all. He's a genuinely friendly guy who seems to love his job.

Both the sales man and the financial person were incredible! Knowledgeable about the vehicle, took time to teach me and setup my vehicle to my phone, and being real and getting me the best possible deal on my purchase and my trade in. I’m very impressed and feel like I can go back to them with any issues or just as a friend.

I was in town for a softball tournament. My truck was not driveable to return home, 3 hours away. There were no open appointments. The service advisor told me to bring it in anyway after hearing my story. Nick ran the diagnostic and crawled under the truck, and he found a way to get it repaired. He also arranged for a ride back to my daughters softball game and came and picked me back up afterwards. I have NEVER experienced better service anywhere in 30 years either at a Ford,Chevy, or GMC dealership or another one for that matter. Bar none the best experience I have ever had. I wish I lived in Idaho Falls, and if anything major needs done I’ll make the 3 hour drive.

Garbage service department! This place is a joke and don't waste your time with them. After 5 days of them having my truck after the scheduled appointment date I decided to stop in and check on the status. I thought it was weird I had no contact from them. I show up to find my truck sitting outside and the shop Forman has his personal vehicle on the lift working on it. I was told oh sorry, we haven't had time to look at it, after they gave me a bunch of excuses... Then why schedule the appointment and not touch it for 5 days then lie to me while your tech's clearly have time to work on their own stuff...Terrible experience, do yourself a favor and stay away from the service dept.

First impressions not good at all. They dropped someone’s truck half way off a lift while we were checking in. They lost our paperwork and receipt and couldn’t find it for 20 minutes. We came in for a key fob, to get oil changed, and for a recall, and they didn’t even give us a key fob and said they didn’t know we were getting one today when it was the main thing we came in for and watched as they looked it up to make sure they had the right one when we were making the appointment.They were swearing up a storm and and spoke negatively to other employees. We ended up waiting at the facility for a total of 45 minutes after it was supposedly ready for pick up 4 hours prior.

I was visiting our son and family and realized I needed an oil change before starting home. I called Wackerli Auto Center and was greeted with such curtesy and promptness.
