We were in the market for a used car. We stopped in one night for a test drive, and Subaru Sarah was super kind and helpful. A few days later we decided we wanted one of the cars on the lot, and she not only said she would hold it for us, but she also made sure the factory recall was taken care of before we went to buy the car! (This meant calling another car lot to take care of the recall!) She was great to communicate with, very professional, and we really appreciate that she went above and beyond to help us! I would definitely buy from Wackerli Auto again! Thanks Subaru Sarah!

My wife and I just purchased a new 2024 Outback from Wackerli Subaru Sales and there is a reason for all of their 5 star reviews. The experience was spot on and seamless with our Sales Associate Sarah (aka 'Subaru Sarah') Benns, Business Manager Jose Garcia, Sales Manager Jarret Wackerli, Delivery Specialist Chad Mahoney, and Parts Manager Ken Green who sold me some extra items which I requested. Sarah had all of the answers to our questions and helped us feel at ease. Wackerli's could give seminars to other dealers on how to make the buying experience so efficient, friendly, comfortable, professional, and accommodating. The whole experience was as smooth and enjoyable as driving the car itself. Just like the Outback, this dealership team has your back. Thank you to all at Wackerli Subaru Sales!!!

This is a review for Sarah. She was excellent to work with. My daughter brought a car from her and realized there was an issue the day before leaving for college. Sarah was able to help us get her car fixed within hours. I highly recommend her. I’ll be calling her for any future Subaru’s we may be purchasing.
