Teresa is AWESOME! She is literally the only one that works there that is friendly! All the other ladies that work there seem to have a chip on their shoulder. Teresa is the only reason I shop there at all! She's a an absolutely great example of how customer service workers should be!!!

Seriously just an awful pharmacy. I've never had anything but issues with them. I very rarely used them because of their reputation but once in a while it was necessary. A few years ago I had a nightmare experience with them, severe pain (that I was hospitalized for), and a prescription for a strong pain killer. It took 2 hours for them to fill the script *after* they recieved said script from my oncologist's office (i had been told it would take 30 minutes). I was crying hysterically from pain by the end of the ordeal, and I have an insanely high pain tolerance. Like my son was born via C-section and I never needed pain medication outside of the ibuprofen. So I avoided this place like the plague after that incident, but after Fred Meyer's pharmacy went into the garbage I needed another pharmacy in town so I decided to go back to this Walgreens. Stupid, I know. I told myself the incident years ago was a one off and using it this time around would be fine. Well my Dr sent in a script, I headed over to the store to go in and either get my account reactivated or whatever was needed for them to fill the script and I was told they hadn't gotten it yet and I would have to come back after their lunch break. Oh boy. So I took my kid to lunch, took him to a park and after the hour and a half I called the pharmacy to see if they had gotten the script from my Dr's office yet and if so, had it had been filled. Nobody answered, so I had to drive back to the store and go in, just to be told that no, they didn't have anything. So I called my Dr's office and the head nurse confirmed the script had been sent over 2 hours prior but she would resend it since there seemed to have been a problem. OK. Well my kid is pissed and tired at this point (he's 5 at this time), so I decide I'm just gonna go home and try to get the script later. I signed up for their texting service so I would know when it had been filled and could get it without wasting time. I never got that text. That day, that is. I did recieve a text 2 weeks later saying I had an script ready for pick up and by this time I'd had to have my Dr send the script to a different pharmacy elsewhere, so I had forgotten that this Walgreens might've had it and called to find out what was going on. When they told me what the script was for, I was even more confused. I asked when they had recieved the script (wondering if my Dr's office had made a mistake or something of the kind and the person on the other end of line fell silent for a bit (presumably checking the date), and I hear "uuuuuhhhhhh, looks like it was sent in [date from 2 weeks ago]". Like what? I confirmed the date and said I no longer needed said script and hung up. 2 weeks. For an eye drop script that comes already made and in a bottle, in a box, ready to go. Absolutely ludicrous. This staff is clearly very disorganized and uncaring, possibly lazy and poorly educated as well, I'm not sure on that, but it seems very likely with all my experiences here. Will again avoid this pharmacy like the plague. I wouldn't be surprised to hear they messed up badly enough to seriously harm or even kill someone with their negligence.

The management is Rude, they do not care if they pass off customers and customer service leaves so much to be desired that I would rather deal with jack the ripper. I have been going to this place for prescriptions for over a decade and have never had a problem with the Pharmacy but the store is supported by that pharmacy and it's the management of the overall store that are profiting from the Pharmacy. So sadly I would not ever go to this location.

Teresa is delightful, I had pushed the photo booth button for assistance and she promptly let me know she was on her way. Little did I know the button continued to ring making me seem impatient but she was really quick and helpful. She was also juggling multiple registers and I loved her energy. Makes me want shop here more often :)

Let me schedule a covid test and then when I showed up said they didn’t have any and wouldn’t even send it out for two days anyway.

If I could leave zero stars I would! I dropped off an RX for my boyfriend who had just had a vertebrae replacement surgery and was at home waiting for his pain meds. Upon giving Steve the script I was told it was missing 2 pieces of information and could not be filled. When I asked what information it was missing he said he could not give me that information. When I called the doctors office I was told to write in the address and phone number and take it back to be filled. The Dr’s office staff were able to look at the copy they had and told me that was what was missing. I filled in the information and I went back through the drive thru. I waited 30 minutes before being told they could fill it, but it would be an hour and a half before it would be ready. I asked them to please try and fill it as soon as possible to avoid the patient missing his next dose, The teller said they would try and to wait for a text notification letting us know it was filled. Over an hour later they called my boyfriend and rudely told him the pharmacist refused to fill the script, and stated writing in the missing information was illegal. The doctors office requested that I bring the old script to their office to trade it for a new one. The Dr’s office had also called and spoke to the staff to let them know the script was genuine. I waited in line and then was told I had to wait longer because there was someone in front of me. The staff was extremely rude, unsympathetic, and had written on the script “added by customer” next to the address. The pharmacist was short with me and showed me a stack of legal paper work which he had read to see what the law is. What a waste of everyone’s time! I explained that I understood he was just doing his job and I understood it had legal basis, however in the mean time the patient is waiting for pain relief. If they would have just said that in the first place I would have saved 2 hours and went to get a new script straight away. There have been many times I have went to this location and I am always surprised at how unfriendly and untimely my service is. CJ and RPH were the ones who initialed the script and I will never go back to Walgreens again after such poor communication and service. There are many drug seekers and people who maliciously change scripts before attempting to get them filled, i am not one of those people. I simply did what I was told to do and am appalled at the disrespect and ignorance toward my boyfriend’s situation. He suffered unnecessary prolong pain and instead of me being home helping/ monitoring his recovery I wasted hours trying to solve an issue that did not have to be so time consuming. Way to take care of your customers guys! I’ll be going to the Perscription center from now on.

Today I picked up my wife's medication through the drive through window. After I grabbed her medication, I went for my debit card and they closed the container on me before I could get it. Over the course of 8 minutes I knocked multiple times, waited, honked my horn a few times, waited some more...keep in mind, they weren't helping anyone. I had to drive all the way around to the entrance and go all the way through the store just to get my card back. These people seriously can't be bothered to care about their customers. The other reviews are a clear indication of that. After today, we going to Costco. I'd give this place zero stars if i could, not that that'd make any difference (since they've gotten so many 1 star reviews over 3+ years and still suck so much).

WORST EVER. Had to transfer prescriptions from the Fred Meyer store. Spent hours on hold at Walgreens trying to talk to someone. Told two different people what I needed. Got two meds that I did not request and ten times the correct amount of pills than prescribed on another. So incompetent! Looks like I will need to go to even another store.

really nice people working in here. I never got photos, which is what people seem to dislike about here, but anytime I'm in the area and I need to grab something real quick this is always my go to stop.

Every time I go there and I'm a frequent customer, I am always served well and treat it with respect and I return the favor the staff know me by name because I'm a frequent flyer LOL and there's no else I would go for my medication or having to run out to grab something real quick like milk or something like that I'd go there first. Admittedly it's a little more but I like it
