We had a great experience, Kelso was extremely helpful in the store, and checked in with us after installation to make sure we were happy everything. I feel like pricing was reasonable, and would definitely recommend to friends and family. We will be going here for future carpet projects.

This is the second time I’ve had the Pocatello Store lay carpet in my home. Both times were fantastic! The store employees are very knowledgeable and courteous. Adam, the Forman on the job is fantastic and works well with Melissa in the office! He went out of his was for my total satisfaction!! Highly recommended!!
