So far I have been waiting at the drive through window for 15 minutes. And the woman in the next lane has been waiting even longer. Seems like Wells Fargo is completely missing the boat on customer service. Do better, or a bunch of us will find a bank that cares.

We walked in to open an account at 12:30 (20 minute drive). The branch manager made an appointment with us at 4 to get it done. No big deal, we should have called ahead. We arrived a little before 4, waited more than half an hour, only to be told she couldn't get to us and to reschedule. What a waste of time. This isn't the first time this branch has screwed up on scheduling. Doing all my business at a different branch from now on.

I recently left a review for the Wells Fargo by the mall and I figured I would leave one here too. I wanted to say that this branch always finds solutions to my financial needs. Their branch manager, Travis, has helped me several times and is always willing to help. Great branch, fantastic bank. Easy to have free account and it is easy to do your banking online. If you need to transfer money into someone's account, Wells Fargo makes it super easy to do so ONLINE. You don't even need to come into the bank. Wells Fargo is great!

My wife couldn't deposit cash into my account with my account number. It's pretty stupid given that she was depositing money not withdrawing money. This bank is full of stupid bylaws that don't add any security. Definitely closing my account

I had to stop a payment from being drawn from my account, the banker I worked with was discourteous and electively charged me for the service. After charging me, she failed to stop the payment, costing me $130. When confronted, I was told the bankers have the right to charge for the service at will, and the failed stop payment was my fault for not giving them enough time to complete the action. It was done two business days before the withdrawal.

Last week I was very upset at Wells Fargo and on the verge of closing my account of over 15 years. However, the regional manager (Jennifer) reached out and went above and beyond to right the situation. Mistakes can happen no matter where you bank. What matters to me is prioritizing the customer relationship over collecting a few extra fees.

I have anxiety and a difficult time making decisions. They didn't push me to make a choice, even though closing time was allready there. They were patient with me and didn't get frustrated. Any other bank would have kicked me out the door. I am extremely grateful for Wells Fargo and won't bank anywhere else.
