Absolutely beautiful Log Cabin I would have loved to see what the smaller ones look like on the inside. It did appear no matter the size each Log Cabin had a hot tub.Only my mother and I stayed, and we each got a room on the ground floor, but they were two more beds upstairs and a whole other bathroom upstairs and a whole other living room upstairs that was unused. It was peaceful and quiet and beautiful and in good proximity to many lovely places. We left a day early, and they gave us a refund for the day we didn't use.Rooms: You mean rooms cabins each cabinet absolutely beautiful. There is only a small bit of deferred maintenance on the Log Cabin wood on the edges. And the grill should not be used underneath the covered porch.Nearby activities: Highly recommend the Teton National Park nearby waterfalls and, of course, if you don't mind a little business and lots of other people, Yellowstone National Park.Noteworthy details: There is an ambiance to a log cabin that is actually in the woods amongst the pine trees. I've seen a few other log cabins, but they seem to be in a row with no pine trees, and that's not generally how log cabins exist. Stay here and get the full experience.

We loved it. Spacious with nice amenities like a gas fireplace and jacuzzi out on the deck. Accessible location too. It slept 5 of us very comfortably. Definitely recommended.

Our Motorhome broke down on our way to Yellowstone. We booked The Pines last minute because we needed a place to stay while our Motorhome was being worked on. The staff at The Pines was a godsend, they worked with us to get us into a cabin and even though we did not have a definite departure date as we were at the mercy of the repair shop, they made sure we were accommodated, and our vacation could continue. We did have to move cabins once during the week because of prior bookings but we did not mind at all and were just super happy that the staff at The Pines cared enough to make sure we had a place to stay during this stressful time. The cabin was awesome, well-kept and very clean and the wonderful staff checked in often to make sure we had everything we needed. Five queen beds, full kitchen, pots, pans, and dishes. There was a grill on the covered porch and a large hot tub as well. I would recommend The Pines to anyone looking to explore the west side of Yellowstone. 5 Stars 5 Stars 5 Stars!!!

Avoid the Hot Tubs! We have stayed here several times and have had great experiences. This last time the freezer didn't stay frozen and our meat went bad and the hot tub chemicals weren't balanced and we got chemical burns over our entire body. It was an awful way to spend the holidays. I had sent them an email with the concerns and didn't even get a response!! If you go, avoid the Hot Tubs..the first time I went I got a UTI from the hot tub and this time chemical burns.

First and foremost being from the South, the no air conditioning really threw me for a loop. Once windows were open and fans running it was very nice though. The cabin was a little dusty but clean and bedding was comfortable. Only detractors was the ceiling fan not working and the bushes/grass could stand to be trimmed back. I would recommend to anyone though.

Awsome place. I can't say enough good! The pictures do not do it justice! Awsome hot tub for 4. Two queen beds a little chicken counter. Had a electric burner pots pans dishes and a microwave. There was a grill on the covered porchOuc midweek stay was quiet. And we had a corner of the property to ourselves. The cabin let's in very little sound from the access road. We also seen a moose a tenth of a mile from our cabin.I will stay here again.

Wish it could be 5 stars, but several issues were experienced. The first night we arrived the spa was not working, Collin was great and came to repair it, he noticed our deck out to the spa had a foot of snow on it and he said he would have some one shovel it in the morning. Second evening spa not working again, Collin comes to the rescue once more to try and fix it. He comments that deck was still not shoveled and says he will personally shovel it tomorrow. Wonderful Collin shows up on our third day and shovels the deck in the morning. Unfortunately once again that evening the spa is not working again. Collin comes to the rescue and this time it appears to be fixed. These cabins are in a wonderful location for snowmobile riding and we would love to come back, BUT only if they have replaced the totally worn out and super uncomfortable sofa and chair. Went to plug our Amazon Firestick into the tv and there was several years accumulated dust behind the tv on all the wires and components. Collin was super helpful and polite and tried his best to resolve issues. Also we were not told the restaurant was closed until we checked in.

We booked a last minute trip to Yellowstone and chose The Pines. The cabin was awesome and so were the people at the front desk. That wasn't it! We forgot a mat that goes in the back of our SUV. We left it outside next to a tree. I called them and they found it and put it in their office. The front desk lady found one of the guys there that was coming down to the Salt Lake area the next week and he said he would drop it off at my house. Very cool. He accidentally forgot to bring it with him. I talked to him and he insisted on shipping it to me at his expense. What a refreshing customer experience. Problems are inevitable, but how they are handled determines how customers "feel" about a business. I will refer The Pines and stay with them again.
