Need to teach their employees the art of customer service: Not impressed at All! Visited store Sept 23, probably will not come back!had nothing to do with short staffed had to do with employees standing around bullshitting and not paying attention to their job. Would be nice to get paid to stand around bullshitting while customers are running all over the store.

The owner is very Lucky to have the lady I met on there staff. She was kind, helpful and profesional. The store was well stocked and clean.

Employees are great here, but web site is terrible, you hit website for Ace Hardware, does search for Ridley grocery, hit local zip, ( in Idaho)takes to Colorado? Put in 2 x 4 wooden stud , gutter drains come up! Have the intestinal fortitude to say no search results, or rephrase search

Been coming here since I moved in, I needed something and the employee went out of his way to get me what I needed despite it being out of stock when I got home and used the product it worked for exactly what I needed it for and the chocolate bar was a good bargaining chip for my lady, it's hard to find people who go out of their way like that it's harder to find it in a chain store I'm glad I'm not too far from this store as I will come back for more years to come
