What a great experience! We felt very appreciated as customers. We had a misunderstanding that resulted in our driving to Jerome and finding the business closed. Con Paulos worked very hard to make things right by us. We really appreciated Zeb and his efforts to make our daughter's car buying experience amazing. Great customer service. When we need another car, we will definitely reach out to Zeb and the Con Paulos staff.

We just sold our vehicle to them, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! After they inspected our vehicle, they explained all the issues very intuitively, and they still offered us more than any other dealership. These guys are amazing! I was traveling out of town, and my engine was about to blow (from a faulty oil change by another shop I had gotten the day before). We miraculously pulled off at their exit and it was either call or tow truck or ask them if they had time to look at it. We explained what had happened, and their mechanics said they’d look at it. They worked on it during their lunch break and had us back on the road in an hour! They absolutely did not have to help us but did it anyways, and we will forever grateful for them!

We had the best car buying experience ever at Con Paulos! We started out working with Brandon, called him about a car we saw on their website that we wanted to buy and he got us set up with the perfect price, fair trade in for our used car and an amazing interest rate. We did most of the paperwork over the phone and via email then picked the car up the next day. Jovany greeted us at the door and finished up the details with us in no time, set us up with our first oil change and then we signed the rest of our paperwork with a wonderful woman who was friendly and efficient. We love the new car and really loved the experience. I would highly recommend the entire team to anyone interested in a new vehicle and we will absolutely work with them on any car purchases in the future!!

Worked with Shane. Great guy to work with. Wasn't pushing us to something were uncomfortable with. Never once did we feel uncomfortable. More than willing to go back if we need another vehicle. Thank you again Shane, and the very nice finance woman, who stayed late to help.
