This option seems ideal to me where you can get what you need, I'm not saying everything but if I can buy what you need, buy the service is good, I can say that if I came out happy because I got what I needed

Very disappointed with the attitude and quality of customer service manifested by the employee who came to help me.
(He was an older guy with a very hostile attitude)
I needed 4 pieces of chain to be cut, and the gentleman who insisted on helping me to cut the chain flat out refused to cut it for me, but at the same time, he refused to let me help myself.
He angrily told me "I will not stand here all day and cut chain for you! Go and do it yourself when you get back to wherever you came from"
It is worth mentioning that I am very familiar with the chain cutter as I worked at a hardware store for many years as a young adult. It takes about 30 seconds per cut with a light amount of effort. Also, the employee never received the needed safety Training on how to safely operate the cutter as he cut it on both sides of the link which is forbidden and is dangerous as it sends both sides of the chain link flying through the air at high speeds
I attempted to find a manager because I needed the chains immidiately to secure a load, but there were no managers present in the store.
Although d&b has been a favorite farm supply store for a long time, this will be my last time coming to this location.
