Terrible service, delivery driver stole my package and customer service refused to help even with photo evidence of the crime. Do not recommend anyone use their service

Screw fedex and their stupid customer service. I'm trying to get ahold of someone local not someone from outside the country. I would give you negative stars just for your ai phone bot! Haven't delivered to the correct address once.

I've been trying to get my package from these people they came to my office one time and left one of them door hangers I call them back and they told me I could come out to their office in Jerome and pick it up I get out here and there's nobody here it's freaking ridiculous
