Getting our loan was a great experience here at First Federal Savings Bank. The process is easy and the customer service was amazing. The banker even called when on personal leave to make sure things were moving forward. Above and beyond with their customer service.

Loralee was great! I was worried I would have trouble getting a mortgage, but she got me qualified immediately. As soon as I found a home I liked she made sure I had all my paperwork in order and my loan closed right on time! Thank you Loralee!!

We went into Loralee with about 5000 questions. She not only answered every question but was able to guide us to a loan that we had not even thought of that best fit our situation. The process went very quickly and Loralee stayed in touch with us every step of the way. One part of the process that we were very pleased with was the ability to do 90% of the loan process from our home office. The only trips made to the bank were the initial visit to discuss options and then to sign the final documents. We highly recommend Loralee and the rest of the team at First Federal.

Loralee and the finance team at 1st Fed made building a home a smooth and easy process. She answered my million questions and helped keep me on track with the budget. And then when we needed to add on she quickly found the right type of financing for our unique situation and got us on our way before I had even gotten a return phone call from other banks. AMAZING! I couldn't recommend someone better.
