They did a good job on our break pad and rotor replacement. The engine mount replacement ended up taking less time than expected so they charged us less. That was nice. However, they had quite a hard time getting our gas tank to register as full and get it to fill normally. It took them over 2.5 months to finally replace the gas tank which still has issues to this day. But we are unwilling to wait another month or more to see results. We would like to try other options.

Horrible customer service. I have an Italian sports car and I wanted to confirm he had the right equipment to work on an oil change. Every time I’ve asked him he just said “we’ll figure it out.” Would not clarify anything with me and when he finally did he canceled my appointment. He didn’t care about me as a customer with questions at all. Worse experience I’ve had ever with mechanics.

I have no complaints.Fred is one straight up, man.Even when I, was miles from the shop.Fred, would advise me, on what to do.( When I, explained, what the issue is, or what was going on with the vehicle.Even when I, was working, in Texas, Florida. They got grease and oil on the interior of the car and were quite rude and unprofessional when it was brought to their attention. If you care about the interior of your vehicle then don't go here!
