Had the def death code on our ram while we were travelling through. They got us in right away in the morning and got it fixed and back on the road. No other shop would help in town. These guys are awesome and very friendly!!

I cannot say enough about Fred and his crew. I needed a complete engine replacement and from day one Fred and everyone at the shop went above and beyond to take care of me. Fred went the extra mile to locate an engine that is very hard to find. Other shops in the valley told me I would need to find one myself and only then would they help. Fred kept me updated at all times and once the engine was located the repair was fast and I was back on the road as soon as possible. The different individuals that I worked with from the shop were all professional and caring in every way. I had first class service from beginning to end. I would highly recommend Fred Kenyon Auto Repair to anyone.

Screwed a buddy over. Tons of red flags from the get go, but was told their decent so he went with them. Biggest mistake he could've made.

They did a good job on our break pad and rotor replacement. The engine mount replacement ended up taking less time than expected so they charged us less. That was nice. However, they had quite a hard time getting our gas tank to register as full and get it to fill normally. It took them over 2.5 months to finally replace the gas tank which still has issues to this day. But we are unwilling to wait another month or more to see results. We would like to try other options.

Horrible customer service. I have an Italian sports car and I wanted to confirm he had the right equipment to work on an oil change. Every time I’ve asked him he just said “we’ll figure it out.” Would not clarify anything with me and when he finally did he canceled my appointment. He didn’t care about me as a customer with questions at all. Worse experience I’ve had ever with mechanics.

I have no complaints.Fred is one straight up, man.Even when I, was miles from the shop.Fred, would advise me, on what to do.( When I, explained, what the issue is, or what was going on with the vehicle.Even when I, was working, in Texas, Florida.
