Hands down the best shop I've ever been to.
1- They communicated with me every step of the way.
2- they under promised and over delivered.
When I came in last night I was told they were short on Techs. So they could find out what the issue was, but any work would have to wait until morning. That Tech (JD) took his time to make sure he understood what was going on with my truck, then explained everything to me clearly. Then he told me this transmission issue could take a few days to a week and a half to get me rolling.
Next morning another Tech (Andrew) knocks on my door to have me pull into the bay door. While I'm waiting in the nice clean driver's lounge sipping on coffee they are bringing me updates as they are getting them. When they figured my parts wouldn't be in until the evening time, but not enough time to complete the work tonight. They assured me it would get done in the morning. They shuttled me to Best Western where their customers get a nice discount. Later I called them because I left some stuff in my truck that I needed. They came and got me and told me the parts came in early so they'll have my truck done tonight!
Welp, hotel is already paid for and delivery rescheduled. So I'll roll out first thing in the morning. Thank God!
Thank you Les, Sophie and everyone for an amazing job. If at all possible this will be my only shop I go to when I have the option.

They seem right now. They still have my truck in the shop. We’ll see how they come up with the repairs then I’ll put a further post in photos.

The Saterday crew at this Kenworth location were fantastic. Very personable and helpful, a pleasure to deal with. They took me in last minute to help me out with an air conditioning issue and for thier service I am grateful 🙏.

Got in to get my purse at 10:30 am and I barely get out at 12 noon. I can’t believe what kind of customer service they have couldn’t even figure out what filters they need even me providing a Vin number so stupid

I just want to say thank you to Eddie and everybody at Jerome Idaho kenworth for getting me right in there shop and getting me out the same day! Electrical diagnosis and repairs are not always so easy to find and fix. The employees of this particular KENWORTH deserve a pat on the back!
I might add my bill was mighty reasonable,
all things considered!
Highly recommend this shop and the people that work there!

This is one of the classic old school Kenworths all owner operators should go to!! Went in for a motor for our washer fluid and expected to have to pay the over one hundred dollars that some other Kenworth's were asking, though 'on line ' was much cheaper. They sold us the part for what it should be sold for, not with a 400% markup that other dealers had been asking. We checked multiple times and this was the case. They treat you like a fellow driver and obviously respect truckers on the whole. They are friendly and professional and we recommend them highly to all drivers.

Fast service, got my truck fixed and back on the road really fast, nice drive lounge to wait in, friendly staff. You get a discount at the hotel down the road if you need to wait on parts

This shop is one of the better ones I've been at they are professional and very helpful at getting you back on the road .I was concerned about what it was gonna cost me but when I got the bill I was very satisfied. Thank you all at kenworth the road needs more people like you helping us drivers
