If you are an otr driver, don't waste your time stopping, after waiting a couple of hours for a tire, a local pulls up, manager sends tire tect to tell me how sorry he is but he must put local in front of me now, go to commercial tire, screw this les schwab.

They help yes, but they also try to get you to get things changed before they are due. Future prevention is not good on some customers.

Seems like sometimes you go in and they are spot on with problems and other times they just tell you everything is good (when its not) to get you out of there fast.

Went to get a free brake consultation, and was handed a $2500 estimate, ? what a joke , I went online and ordered what I really needed and it came to less than $100 and now I'm back on the road. Don't be one of the gullible ones who fall for these big company scams. And I know one of their employees will try and deny the validity of my review, but just go there and you'll find out unfortunately

Quality job for oil change and tire rotation. But oil change was a little overpriced in my opinion but just as much my fault for just having them do it without asking how much it would cost. Otherwise always great people here.

Recently, I went out to go to town and I had a low tire so I aired it up. Went to Les Schwab showed the guy the tire and there was some. It looked almost like a paperclip but it had punctured the tire. It was still in the hole, it was not near the sidewall right in the middle of the tread, they put on four new tires. I asked him why they couldn't fix that. He said it's just too much damage of the inside OK I'm not 12 I've been around the block a few times put a bigger patch on it. They charge bill over $1000 the tires were on the car they had maybe 10,000 miles on them they were like new, bye-bye Les Schwab

I believe that Les Schwab is one of the most friendliest personnel caring people that they could ever be even if you're unable to make your monthly payment they stepped up and helped me with the warranty of my tires and for that there's no words they are the best you know they've become a large company they're still a very personal company

My tire blew out on the freeway on my way to an event in Boise. I called Les Schwab and they offered the very best roadside assistance! Josh from Les Schwab worked on my car from start to finish, ensuring that I could still make my Boise event. I recommend this location to EVERYONE. Great customer service, fairly priced, wonderful staff!!

Been a couple years ago or so, we were traveling with our Fifth wheel returning to Colorado after visiting my mom in Washington. We stopped at a rest area to let the dogs out and I noticed the trailer sagging really low, we had broken a spring hanger. the next morning we stopped at Les Schwab and they sent the hanger piece to a fab shop and had us back on the road in nothing flat. The very next year we were making the same trip and blew a tire about 40 min west of the store and 30 min before they were going to close. I called and the manager kept the doors open till we got there and sold me 4 14 ply steel radial tires which are still on that trailer today. thank you Les Schwab for being there and waiting for us. Sorry it took me years to post this. P.S. Wish Les schwab would expand to Arizona.
