The lady helping me was very patient and helpful with me, even though I am not very tech savvy at all. She took the time to overcome any issues that arose and now my new phone and plan are working out great.My only regret is I neglected to get her name so I could thank her personally in this review.Thank you young lady,The old man with a hole in his head.
