Joshua at the Jerome store is a real treasure. Verizon should realize how fortunate they are to have this young man in their employ. Extremely knowledgeable, honest, covers all the bases, and a is real able "teacher". We will go to this store again, because of him.

My salesperson was Joshua H. Knowledgeable and informative about the galaxy phones. Originally went to browse for tablets but I didn't know it was a smaller store so I got the 24 ultra instead.

I’m a CDL driver and I have a hard time squeezing into Verizon parking lots! This one is located across the street from Walmart. I made it just before closing. Lucky for me Joshua was helpful and willing to go the extra mile to stay open later and help me trade in my old phone and switch service to Verizon. I left after 2 1/2 hours the store had been closed for 2 hours and he transferred everything from my old phone to my new phone. I wasn’t missing anything. 5 stars recommended. Excellent customer service. And this will be my home store from now on while I’m on this route.
