Josh is the best ever verizon employee we had ever encounter from our 20 years in verizon.
Thankyou for being so nice and real and unbiased opinion he is very accomodating, and helpful and honest.He really deserve a 10 star but only 5 is allowed.We definitely recommend him.

They need to get times correct They close at 7pm on Saturday but close at 5pm person told they are close on Sunday but I Google they are open Jerome store

Update your damn weekend hours. I'm a truck driver and I only get home occasionally. I say your sat hours said open till 7pm. As soon as I got in town I head straight there at get there at 6 just to find out yall been closed since 4pm

As usual Josh was very helpful. He is always so polite to everyone. It's very refreshing to go to a business where the employees are actually willing to assist customers. Customer service is absolutely the best. Before going to Twin Falls to the Verizon store, give this store a try. You will be well taken care of!

Lillia and the other younger guy rocked!Appreciated their help getting a new device, the younger guy stayed an hour late to help get everything transferred to my new phone. Wayyyyy better than the Twin Falls branch.

I recently switched carriers away from Verizon after 7 yrs. Why pay twice as much to build and maintain the infrastructure, while other carriers participants reap the benefits? When you leave Verizon, they immediately close your online account and make you jump through hoops to pay the final bill. Taking my phone number with me was a hassle. I gave up on transferring the locked phone, had to Google the secret passcode to unlock it so the grankids can use it as a toy. I didn't want to give my credit card information to a call center overseas and pay an extra $10 fee for the privilege to do so. I went to this store to square up on my tab and the store was locked at 4:30pm. When I got back in my car, the girl came out of the store next door and unlocked the store. Lunch break? Nobody else there to staff the store? WOW
