Walmart is great for those who like getting everything They need in one location, and they like bagging their own groceries. The Jerome location has had a face lift and a remodel, and from the very few times I've been in there It looks really nice. I'm not a Walmart shopper unless it's something I can not get in person anywhere else. But when I went into the store after the big remodel, I was very overwhelmed. The store seemed so much bigger than it was before, and so many more aisles. And honestly the layout makes it difficult to find what you're looking for. But then again this is coming from somebody who does not shop there regularly. But the one thing that hadn't changed, were the long checkout lines.

Poor service, I order things like albums and as they are in 1 hour and it turns out that 3 days later they do not have trained personnel to cover the services they provide
And they want to solve everything with a really bad service....

The staff are inviting,kind,and helpful. The door greeter knows my kids and takes time out to talk to them. There is an employee who does a mickey mouse voice and loves to try and get my kids attention . All in all the store is clean ,organized, and well staffed.

Went in after I called to see when customer service was open till said 10 got there a little after 9 and they where closed after driving from bliss so had to go to twin to do my business wasn't happy
