Best motel on our trip. I'd stay there again in a heartbeat. Clean, friendly, terrific breakfast. Loved this little town. Walked a block in all directions and over the bridge, saw the park.

This place is the best motel in Kamiah! Great location, excellent service and clean comfortable rooms. The Clearwater River is right across the road from the 12 motel and everything is in walking distance. I'll be back.

This is an amazing place to stay. Clean, friendly and peaceful. Great breakfast too! There are other places to stay but I drive a little further to stay here because of all the above😂😁
