“We started going in 2017 after the rental we were in burned. We have never encountered anyone that was rude or unhelpful. We now live a distance away & are not always able to get to sales like 50% off. We were at the store before Christmas 2023, 50% sale starting at 5 pm. We could not come back nor wait several hours till sale started. We wanted to buy 2 pieces of furniture at the 50% that would have been a good price, (still have not been able to replace since fire). We offered to PAY & get them both. We were told NO. We had to come back. We were offered one piece at a discount, but not even at the 50% off. I do feel under the circumstances, it would have been advantageous to sell to us They would have made the money. We were told it was not fair to the people coming back at sale time. A sale is a sale is it not? That is the only time we encountered any problems. Venting done!”
