Closed 20 minutes early for no reason and not a secure bank

The clerk that we dealt with (I didn’t get her name and she didn’t have a name tag) was unprofessional, rude, and unhelpful. She demanded more paperwork than the Letters Testamentary to get answers on what happened with the bank account. I would never bank there if I lived here still. Very poor impression.

Worst bank I have ever dealt with, can never get online banking,now they have enhanced ID to get online,I have no cell service to respond to their protocols where I live so done with this bank. Shouldnt have to jump thru so many hoops to check my acct.
