I live in Missoula MT and usually try to shop locally including for vehicles. I had an intriguing experience so I reached out to Dave Smith Motors on a whim.
Willis Lacrosse was the most amazing sales representative I’ve ever worked with. He ensured I got the vehicle I wanted at the best possible price.
When I got to the dealership to pick up my car, I felt well cared for from the day beginning to the end of the process and within 24 hours he called to see if I had any further questions. He clearly stated if anything comes up, I can reach out to him and more importantly, I believe he meant it.
I will be back!

They will sell you a new truck rather than fixing your truck that is under Warranty. Take it to another dealership for Warranty work or any other work it can be done cheaper elsewhere.

A week ago Saturday, I bought a 2015 Dodge Ram....45 mins after leaving the lot, the check engine light comes on. Now I'm looking at a huge repair cost and they won't return my calls. I will make sure to let everyone know how untrustworthy they are.

If I ever buy another vehicle for my family I'll buy from here, Jay,Micha and everyone else made it hassle free. I'm 63 years old and bought lots of vehicles in my time and this is what a dealership should be. Buy from them and you won't be sorry.

Through no fault of the staff which are honest people, FCA has terrible parts availability and they, like must people lack sufficient skilled workers to complete work on time.

My husband was looking to purchase a used truck we had gone to look at one that was the same price with more miles and was absolutely trashed but he still went for a test drive, while he was on the drive I got online and found one at Dave smith so I called and spoke with Brandan who was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I asked a few questions and asked if they would take a certain amount and so he went to ask, he called me back and we agreed on a price so my husband and I made the hour and half drive and said yes we would take the truck. Brandan is a military veteran who has a family at home but stayed 2.5 hrs late until we were completely done to make sure we were all done and good to go even chatting with us while waiting for the next person to do paperwork with us. I would HIGHLY recommend contacting him if you're looking for a new vehicle and if we are looking ever again he will be our first call. Thank you Brandan for making our shopping experience so easy and friendly.

Bought extended warranty for n ew Arcadia but when I went to use it Dave Smith mechanic said the warranty wasn't any good. Very disappointing

Dave Smith cheated us by charging us for tinting that they did not do, they charged us for cleaning the vehicle which they did not do, and lastly, they did not pay for our hotel, like they promised to do. We have purchased three brand new vehicles from them and will never ever go back. Every chance I get to tell someone about their treatment I do.
