I ordered the Womens Armor Pro Caulk boot in size 6. They fit really well and are very comfortable when walking on steep slopes. I wear size 6 Kenetrex Women's Mountain Extreme; the size 6 Armor Pro Caulk fits similarly, in my opinion.
My kitten likes the box they came in.

I decided to drive up to Hoffman Boots Store in Kellogg to try and pick up a pair of Pac boots. Once at the store I was met by Will. I told him I did not know much about the Pac boots but I wanted a set for hunting and walking in the snow. I explained to him that I wanted ankle support. He spent quite a bit of time with me picking out samples for me to try on and explaining options that they could build for me. I settled on a style and options and I asked if they could build them that day? He brought out Deborah who was very nice. She explained the materials that they had on hand and what she could build for me. After some discussion we ended up with a style to be built. My wife and I headed for breakfast. When we got back to the store the Pac boots were done and ready for pick up. I had wonderful service from Will and Deborah and am enjoying the finished product. I should say that while I was discussing Pac boots my wife saw a set of hiking boots that she could not live without. Once again Will stepped in to show her some of the available options and to pick out boots in her size. This was a wonderful buying experience and I would recommend them in the future. Thank you guys.

Son purchased a pair of boots. Wore them around house to determine fit and comfort was accurate. Wore to work and was the most uncomfortable boot he ever wore. I called company - knowing their return policy was boot had to be unworn - but i was seeking any advice as to options since boots were close to $400. From the start the representative was rude and clearly was uninterested in anything i had to say. I see a lot of good reviews for this company and maybe it was just my luck to get a rude and disinterested service rep. We’ll be moving on to another company that backs their customers and product.

My previous review was written out of frustration. Maybe not entirely fair, can’t expect perfection. So far the boots I’ve bought new were disappointing, the ones I picked up used have been actually decent.

This was my first time shopping here and they were very helpful. I have wide feet and it's hard to find the correct fit. They went through a few options for me. Turned out correct ones for me were still being built. They checked the fit for me and bumped up their production to the front of the line so they could be completed while I went to lunch. I've only worn them for 2 days but they are everything I expected and more. I will definitely continue shopping here.

Update: Their website has an issue with updating the shipping price of some items. I did get refunded the difference after placing my order for the liners. I ordered a pair of double insulated guide pac boots. I followed their recommendations and ordered a size up. They fit well, sizing down would be a mistake. My disappointment comes with the cost of shipping. The boots cost $25 to ship from Kellogg, Idaho to Portland, Oregon. I ordered the 400gm liners later in the week, $25 again, for liners. I feel like this is a money grab. Thinsulate liners are not heavy or large sized, to charge the same as a pair of pac boots is outrageous.

I finally got over to Hoffman boots after years of talking about it. Adrianna ( Hope I spelled your name correct.) I appreciate you answering all my questions and assisting me. Boot makers in the back were even checking on me. So the pac’s I wanted they didn’t have in my size. Adrianna then checks with boot makers in back and says we can build your boot today so you don’t have to make another trip back. Well about half hour later I went home with my first Hoffman’s. Thanks to Adrianna for your knowledge and help! I can’t wait for cold weather to try the pac’s!

This was my first time buying the pole climbers, and a few weeks in I am very impressed climbing in them. I hope they hold up because they are very comfortable after the dreaded break in period. Good job Hoffman's!
