He made me aware that the brakes on the Jeep I was towing had overheated. I discovered the braking mechanism for towing had an electronic glitch. Had I not been made aware, I could have continued on the freeway until the brakes were ruined along with the rotors on all four wheels. Meanwhile, Robert discovered and replaced a leaking valve on one tire that kept loosing air on my motorhome. I was fortunate to find a Les Schwab outlet in a very small town and grateful that I was helped by such a great person. Robert was able to resolve my issues and there was no charge for the work he did. I've relied on Les Schwab many times in multiple locations for tire help and always been treated well.”
