Great service, good attention, friendly folks. I brought in three pair of old ABC pants with blown out seams - long out of any stated warranty (one I got the first year this store was open!). The team here brought them in, we all hoped for the best, and they were returned a few weeks later like new! The best part as well is they grouped it under warranty service and I wasn’t charged a dime.
As others have stated, it’s not a giant store so selection is more limited than a metro-based store, but you’ll get all the service and more than the larger shops.

Hannah was very helpful and quick with a Quality Promise exchange on a pair of pants I bought in September that had started to split at the seems. Thanks Hannah!

Love this lulu store!! It's small with a lack of selection but feel blessed they are in our small town. They always have great service and can sometimes find a gem of apparel. Very helpful with returns or fixing damage clothing.

Employee does not like Latinos. Employee was making derogatory comments about Latino culture music and language saying that this is America and they should not be listing to that type of music or playing it in the store haven’t see this employee in about a month but heard she is still working there after making those remarks

Several months ago, I was profoundly disappointed by an unfortunate incident at the store. While at the store, I overheard an employee making derogatory remarks regarding Latinos and their culture. My dismay was particularly pronounced, as I had expected a higher standard of conduct from an establishment such as Lululemon, which prominently displays an equality statement in its front window. This incident has significantly altered my perception of this particular location in Ketchum, and as a consequence, I shall refrain from further patronage. I cannot support a store that has such people under their employment. Especially knowing the employee is still working there.
