“I needed documents printed quickly — under 3 hours — and at the very last minute. Not only did Keely and Brad take care of it, they called me to point out an error in the document AND then Brad delivered it to my AirBnB after my flight was delayed (he was worried that road construction would keep me from finding their shop if he left the prints on their doorstep as we first discussed). He even called and texted to be sure he had the right address. This goes beyond mere “customer service” — I’m totally blown away. I’m sure they’d appreciate it if you’d give them plenty of time to fulfill orders and they probably don’t always have time for house calls, but the fact that they would ever do this at all is just amazing.
