“Sangoy G at Ketchum, Idaho Verizon Store was phenomenal!!! Super knowledgeable and extremely patient with my husband and me. My husband lost his iPhone, and we were very upset and concerned; Sangoy immediately put us at ease and went above and beyond. Can’t say enough about the service at this Verizon store!!!!”

“Was in town for a work project and needed to use an industrial paper cutter, Keely was extremely accommodating and let me use the one in their office for a few days out of the goodness of her heart! Good vibes there and recommend to anyone”

“My family owns a dinosaur of a vacuum that recently needed to have the interior bag changed. The owner, Edward, was extremely helpful in finding the right replacement. He even gave me a few spare replacement pieces that went to my vacuum but had been lost over the 100 year lifespan of the Hoover. I highly, highly, highly recommend this store for repairs and vacuum purchases. Thank you, Edward! It was a pleasure meeting you.”
