The pre op appointment explained everything and answered all our questions. We are very grateful we lived only 1.5 hrs. away from this center for orthopedic excellence. Surgery went great ! The cost was less than expected and all the staff were very kind. If your best friend needs specialized orthopedic surgery look no further than the Acker’s clinic.”

“This experience was stellar from start to finish! Sue, Dr. Randy Acker and all of the staff were amazing. They took great care of our dog and were very kind to me as well. Dr. Acker called when he was done with her surgery and gave me an excellent update. I was able to call that evening as well to check on her. They gave me a time to pick her up the next day and she was ready right on time. Sue was incredibly kind and helpful on the phone as well as Dr. Acker before we scheduled surgery. He called to check on her at home a few days later and we also had a 2nd call the next day to make sure she was doing well. Sue got me set up with a lovely hotel for the night that gives a hospital rate and I appreciated it very much. I highly recommend Dr. Acker and his team. Our dog is doing great 4 days post op and I expect her to have an amazing recovery!”
