My dad is an artist and wanted them to see his work. We sent over an email with pics of recent work. No response. And they won't even pick up the phone when we call. RUDE. My dad is an excellent artist if it's not for your gallery have the professional courtesy to tell him. Unprofessional and never answers the phone.
