Trevor did a great job and exemplified what a field service technician should be while on site fixing a trailer tire blowout out and a best mudflap. Definitely will recommend using this company again to the company I work with and will use them whenever im in the area.

Every time I try to use this place I get nothing but bad service. It always seems to come from the lady that works on the counter or runs the place. She seems to have a bit of a chip in her shoulder for some reason.

Took the oil out. Never put any oil in. Engine overheated bad and ruined all the rubber hoses. Cost hundreds to fix it all.

I’m not sure what’s up. They were bought out and will become Purcell tire.
Things are changing. Whom ever is running the change over project doesn’t seem on top of everything.
New point of sale system. So you have to make a whole new profile.
Billing changes. They are now charging 3% surcharge when you use a credit card. I was so lucky to come in two days after the new policy. There was no way for me to know about the change because my last service was in OCT 24. So that was fun
I’m not sure what’s their value add is for me? I schedule appointments in advance but it still takes a while to get working on my vehicle. Which is fine but the appointment process isn’t easy or quick.
I wasn’t told anything about my car after the service. They wouldn’t know anyways because my history is gone due to the change. I’m not sure what the benefits are to being a repeat customer?
Their prices aren’t great. Especially for a synthetic blend oil. So I’m not sure what value they are giving me. The tire buying experience has been less than positive. Maybe that will improve.
I feel bad for the front desk because they have to smile and nod, but again what value are they giving me?
I guess I need to figure out if someone on the area can provide what they’re lacking.

Great staff, very helpful. Tires were still good but had a nail in the side and couldn't be patched. Was able to have a tire match same day for a good price.

Lol call and get an appointment for an alignment. Tell them truck, make, everything. Take three hours to get truck from a job site, take it to them. Then they say, oh we can't do alignment on those. Maybe get some smarter people in there I guess. Cost my company 5 man hours to get the real deal. Never get our business again!

It’s a Sunday morning. My trailer tire popped. I called around and no one wanted to help. Only one shop picked up with a ETA of 3 hours. Got in contact with Jack’s and they had a guy change my trailer tire in less than i could go get food at the mcdonald’s across the street. Saved my day

I have had two hard years of tire problems and lots of bad customer service until Jack's Tire and Oil. Guy was incredibly helpful and made me feel taken care 9f. Will recommend to other people and use them from now on

I love Jack's Tire & Oil! The employees are all super friendly, and the shop/waiting area is so clean. I feel like they know what they are doing and not trying to rip you off. Over all very great mechanic!
