“We don't rent a car often - and when we do we consider many variables, price, value, ease of pickup/return, ease of reservation. We chose Budget this time and it was a great choice. We made our original reservation online, plans changed, we had to modify the reservation --- no problem. We reserved a mid-size car, Hyundai, or Toyota etc. When we picked the car up it was a Chevy Equinox -- what a pleasant surprise. They had all our paperwork at the desk - we just signed it and off we went. Return was just as quick and smooth. Granted this is a smaller facility, but the staff was courteous and everything went quickly and with no delays. Definitely will use Budget in the future.”

“Excellent experience, My pick up appointment wasn't until 2pm which is late to start moving. I called Chad & his wife. They told me to come on in and get a truck. Then while there Chad was really friendly and he asked about things that I thought I might need like moving blankets and a dolly for anything heavy. It's a small setting inside which I would rather deal with then a big office where I wait for 30mins to even talk to someone. Chad explained if I wanted to drop the truck off early I could do so just fill it up and then drop the keys in the drop box. Everything I needed to know and then a bit more. You can never be to sure more so when your getting ready for the next adventure in life. I highly recommend using them. More so cause their a family run office and with family offices you get the family vibe and your treated not like a pay check but as a human being. Thanks again Chad I'll definitely keep you in mind if I need another truck and I will recommend your location to anyone I hear that's moving.”
